Along the way, when I asked about the constant leak at the bathtub faucet, he immediately knew it was from an old canister that needed replacing. This was something several other plumbers-including Woodfin-misdiagnosed. Dealing with the bathtubs ancient drain assembly was not easy but he did it without one scratch on the tub. Should also mention how nice he was and how he patiently explained everything and walked me through how I could remove the drains for cleaning. Great job! During a visit to review an issue with our furnace last fall, the technician from Chase found a…read morecritical failure in the ignition area and thereby saved us from Carbon Monoxide being pulled into the home. We were told the furnace needed replacement. As part of the discussion about new equipment, we complained about our terrible A/C system. After making various calculations, they came to the conclusion, the reason we don't keep up in the summer time during high temps was due to our system being too small, so we decided it was time to replace the gas furnace and A/C all at the same time with a high capacity Trane system that Chase recommended. We not only believe the new system is much more efficient, but just this week (7/3-4/2026) during 100+ temps and 111 heat index, we are having NO issues maintaining low 70's temps inside. This change has been worth every penny and we are seeing utility savings on year over year, monthly bills paying us back month by month. We suffered for years believing that A/C use in summer just can't keep up with the soaring temps and come to find out now, we suffered for no reason, as that was anything but true.
