Worst service ever. Had my bike for a month. Never ordered the part I needed. They will tighten too tight and break your spacers. They will mess up your ferrings. These old heads have no patience. Seem like they hate their job, everyone in that place never has any idea what's going on. They will pass u around, make you wait. Then do the most shit work on your bike. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BIKE. They forget to put every screw back in. They ride your bike and have no regard on if it was set for them or not. Then let you leave with ferrings not completely on correctly and broken. If you care about you motorcycle. Do not go here!!!!! Here are pictures of their handy work after i got it home. HAD TO GET IT AWAY FROM THEM.

Thanks to Mikayla and the Leo's South team I made it safely home.

I was on a 6,500 mile, 40-day ride through backroads America and my rear tire was clearly not going to get me home. I called and spoke with Mikayla in Service and she promised to work me in on the following Tuesday, despite being fully booked for weeks out with scheduled appointments. This worked perfectly with my schedule for driving across Minnesota. As promised, when I arrived first thing Tuesday morning they had a nice selection of adventure tires available in my size and were able to get one mounted and get me back on the road by 11am. I couldn't be more appreciative.

Here's the truth, service department is awesome, easy to work with, more fair then most, reliable and most importantly, you can trust whatever they do is done correct. I've never been bothered or hassled by any sales people, always chum chum, what's up brother and nothing more. No pressure and no bullshit. Motoprimo is my go to always.

When I attempted to purchase a different bike, the sales person, Michael, informed me that he quit and would forward my information to a different sales person, which he never did. It was late enough in the season, that I didn't end up purchasing anything. I foolishly came back this year to try and purchase a similar bike, and found out that Michael returned to Motoprimo just in time to jerk me around again. They tried to sell the exact same bike as before for more than they quoted the previous year, and attempted to string me along promising a lower price and then trying to make me agree to a higher price. Motoprimo is in the business of lying, poor customer service, and wasting time. I've given them ample opportunity to make things right, and they obviously have no intention to. I'd rate them a zero star if that was an option. Save yourself a lot of time and don't even walk in.

First, I want to qualify that my comments apply only to the service department. I believe that the…read moresales operations within this business is impressive, and I would have NO reservations about buying a new or used motorcycle from them. But, wow, the service area couldn't be much worse. First, the quality of the service is absolutely horrible; even on the most basic items. I believe that a contributing factor to this is that there seems to be constant turnover in the tech area, coupled by weak leadership in the service department. These guys don't stick around long enough to get good at what they are doing. In my experience, more than half of the times that I've brought my bike in for maintenance or routine replacement of wear items such as tires and brakes, something was done wrong. I've had oil oozing from the air cleaner because of overfilling, tires out of balance, brakes that were installed and within a couple months, the assembly feel apart because the tech cross-threaded a bolt. Most recently I brought my bike in with a minor alignment problem on a brand new motorcycle, and by the time I had the bike in for the second time, the adjustments that the team had made resulted in a worse alignment problem and they refused to do further work on it. The quality problems would have been enough to make me not want to return, but what makes it much worse is the condescending way that they deal with customers. They have created a culture where it's ok for service reps to not listen, and to talk down to a customer. Organizational arrogance is going to destroy this business if they don't get a new leader in place to set the right expectations, hold people accountable, and get constant feedback from customers. Notice that I didn't complain about the high prices like many people do. If you consistently take good care of my motorcycle and earn my trust, I really don't care what you charge me. I ride a Harley; I know it's not going to be cheap. To HD riders in the south metro area, do your homework. There are other shops in the area with experienced mechanics that do quality work, listen to their customers, and get the work done the first time.

After purchasing the bike we were told it would go through final inspection prior to us picking it up on the 28th. When we got it home the problems started. The bike wouldn't start, clutch issues, windshield not on properly, headlight cover missing, and aftermarket wiring for lights. My husband contacted Steve Bauer who we purchased the bike from who told us we needed to talk to the service department. We contacted Shane in service and told him of the issues and were told to bring it back in. When we took it back Shane he then told us that the bike had never gone through inspection because they were short on tech's. Shane also stated that there is a color system yellow tag goes on every bike with price, green dot on those that have passed inspection and red dot for those that didn't pass inspection. Yellow tag with no dot has never been inspected. We were sold a bike that never went through inspection. We were NEVER informed by Steve Bauer in sales that our bike had never been inspected or looked at prior to purchase. Then Shane told us "sometimes the salesmen forget to mention that". Seems like a big thing to "forget" to mention. Now our bike has been in the shop on "priority" more than it has been in our garage or ridden. When we called to check on the status it still hasn't been looked at because the "tech is out". Priority doesn't mean the same to them obviously. Here we sit watching riding season go by without our bike. We've been told so many things that we no longer trust their word or work. At this point we don't even want this bike. We are requesting our money back or an exchange for another bike that is road ready with no mechanical issues.
