Instead of doing the work I asked for, they convinced me to let them replace all the brakes, even though they themselves had done the other side just seven months ago. The pricing was already higher than expected, but what really pushed it over the edge was the added 3% credit card fee. When I questioned it, I was told it was a fee from the credit card company. That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least treat people like they matter. I walked away feeling overcharged, talked down to, and frustrated. There are plenty of auto shops around Richfield. This is not one I would recommend.

I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed.
