Repairs full Diagnostic in Mendota whom he asked to stay open for us. Then, ERIC called the local auto place for the part my car needed. They also stayed late for us! It honestly could've ended so much worse. Thankfully, they were available right away and able to tow us all the way to San Jose, which is where we were originally headed. Lorenzo helped us, and he was amazing--super friendly, communicative, and reassuring during a stressful time. On top of that, they gave us a really fair price. The only thing that dampened the experience a bit was the receptionist who answered the phone. She sounded like an older woman and came across as pretty rude. When I called back a second time because we had lost track of Lorenzo while following him, I asked where he was, and she responded with an attitude along the lines of, "What do you mean he's with you? He's supposed to be towing you guys," instead of trying to help calmly. I ended up just asking for his number. Aside from that interaction, everything else--especially Lorenzo's service--was excellent. He really turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience.
