From the second I walked into Keenan I realized that every interaction that the staff has with…read moretheir clients is conducted in a way that guarantees that the client walks away not only satisfied, but feeling special. Seriously. I got in a car accident on a Tuesday night and my insurance company set up a 9:30 appointment at Keenan for Wednesday to assess the damage to my car. I got to Keenan early, and the receptionist, Sue, told me that it was absolutely no problem at all and that they'd check out my car immediately. Todd came out, took a million pictures of my car, disappeared for a minute, and then came back with an estimate to repair the damages. Everything looked good to me, so I went back to Sue to set up a time to drop my car off for repairs. She worked extensively with the folks at Enterprise to get me a rental car in the most convenient way possible for me. I mean, this woman was fighting for them to pick me up at my house at 7:30am so that I could get to work on time, and I didn't even tell her that I had to be at work on time! She was a bulldog fighting for me when I didn't even ask! She also allowed me to drop my car off on a Sunday night when no one was there, and then Todd faxed me the paperwork that you'd typically fill out when you drop your car off to fill out on Monday morning. They made everything extremely convenient and worked around my every desire. Throughout the repair process I got text message updates and phone calls from Todd. He would update me with things like, "your car is finished getting painted and is now moving on to reconstruction." One of the texts I got was something like, "Your Volkswagen is happy to be here! We're taking good care of it until it comes home." It was nice to know where my car was, what was being done to it, and the estimated date of completion. Keenan made everything seriously so easy for me. This was the first car accident I've ever been in, and, dare I say it? - it was actually not a headache at all!! The 5-day repair estimate actually ended up only taking three days, and I couldn't be more pleased. My car came back to me in better condition than it was before the accident, and was detailed and everything. I think they even polished my tires! I've been nagging my husband to get my car detailed, and he's a procrastinator so he hasn't done it. Of course getting in a car accident isn't ideal, but the folks at Keenan deserve an A++++++ for service with a smile :-) -End cheesiest Yelp review I've ever written.-

After reading all the positive reviews on here about this place should have known it was too good…read moreto be true.. We should have taken note all good review were very minor damage... My wife got rear ended in a accident Sent car to Keenan Auto Body, they fixed car but rear defroster is now broken, she has been getting the run around for a couple months now.... Bottom line is the probably either missed it in their estimate or their SPECIAL glass guy broke it when they had to remove rear window to fix damage The proper way to do business is to fix it Whether you broke it or missed it, it still has to be fixed Stay away from this repair shop if you want the job done right......

I've had the misfortune to require repair work on two cars over the last two summers. Based on…read moreConcord Auto Body Shop's reputation we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee for an estimate last summer and were hoping to have it scheduled for repair while we were away for a 2 week summer vacation out west. Concord Auto Body was extremely busy, but Pete was very accomodating and said he could fit us in while we were away on vacation. We were kept informed on the progress and any additional potential work while we were gone. While still away we were informed that the car was ready and we could pick it up when we returned. The Jeep looked perfect when we arrived to pick it up. The car was also immaculately cleaned which was a bit unexpected. Considering we have two young kids it was a very nice sight to see the car look brand new on the inside and out! In June of this year we had to take my BMW 3 series in for a minor scrape on the front left fender/bumper area. I was dreading the potential cost of this one because a family member had scraped the car with his car and we were not handling through insurance. I feared the worst in terms of damage cost even though the damage didn't look "that bad". Again, we arrived at Concord Auto Body on the verge of a trip to the Delaware coast for a week and were hoping we could get fit in while we were gone. Pete, again was extremely accomodating and said they would fit us in. He gave us an extensive review of what would need to be done to fix the damage including several potential addtional significant costs that might be incurred depending on what was found underneath the bumper and the various sensor for park distance, etc. We were again kept informed throughout from the call a week in advance of our drop off as a friendly reminder and during our trip to inform us what was done and when the car would be ready for pick up. Upon our return yesterday, the car was sitting there waiting for us. The car looked perfect like it just came off the show room floor of the dealership. Pete and the crew inside were extremely friendly and we joked around about how my Dad still wouldn't be invited over for Thanksgiving for damaging my car. As I got into the car, I was again floored by how clean the car was on the inside as well as the perfect fix on the outside. I genuinely felt like I was driving a brand new car again! Thanks Pete and everyone at Concord Auto Body Shop. You do fantastic work! I hope I never have to see you again, but if I'm in need of repair work in the future, I will definitely be seeing you!

The vehicle had a bunch of minor dings and a rust issue on the lower right rear quarter panel where the mud flap would go. I had to drop my car off on a Sunday evening, for an appointment on Monday morning. I called to follow up and to find out what the cost would be. The young ladybthat answered the phone said that her boss would have to look at the vehicle and would give me a call back. I reminded her the there were a lot of minor dings, fading on the top nesr the sunroof and, the rust issue on the right rear quarter panel. She assured me that everything thing will be looked at and taken care of and that her Boss would call me. I ended having to call them back later and was told that it would cost $3200.00. Since I am a retired veteran, I asked if I could get a veterans discount. They knocked off $200.00 and I would be required to pay $3000.00. When I got my car back, none of the dings were fixed, they painted over the rust on the rear right quarter panel. They sprayed my tires and windows, and the painted the vehicle with the wrong color. My vehicle had been painted previously (prior to me owning it) with an after market color (charcoal gray), they painted my vehicle with what looks like a factory Nissan gray. This was easily an Earl Shieb job ($100 paint job), because they even painted over the dust and dirt! See attached pictures.

Immediately, I noticed that they'd forgotten to paint the valance. No big deal, they said they'd turn it around in 24 hours. I went to open the driver side door, and the door handle handle had been nearly ripped off. I alerted the owner, who said they would fix it when I brought the car back in to get the valance painted. After getting into the car and driving off the lot, I noticed a crack at the base of the windshield. I immediately called back to report it, but because I had driven off the lot (literally, a block) they wouldn't take responsibility for it. It seemed like someone had lifted and dropped the windshield wiper, which caused the crack. I brought the car back a few days later to get the valance painted. They did that, but couldn't fix the door handle and basically told me I was out of luck. So, to recap: Dropped the car off to get a simple paint job done and am leaving with a broken door handle and a cracked windshield. Quotes on getting both fixed are around $1200. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
