Luckily, even with the mishap, they rectified the problem quickly by adding to my IV bag the missing items without additional charge. Staff is always very friendly and the place feels sparkling clean. I got when I'm feeling run down and/or dehydrated. They have also been very accommodating to same day appointments. I have a bit of a fear with needles, so staff has always been gentle and fast in getting me set up. Street parking tends to be ample and without issue.
