The practice has become overly automated, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with staff or the doctor directly. Their website, which previously allowed messaging and appointment scheduling, has not been functioning for months. On several occasions I have had to go to the ER or urgent care simply because I could not reach my primary care doctor--who is supposed to be the first point of contact. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed. I hope this office can resolve these issues and return to the professional standard they once had, rather than continuing the current trend of being unavailable and overcapacity.

Dr. Wong differentiates herself from every other primary physician I have met because she is accessible 24/7, especially during emergencies or complex medical situations. We can contact her through phone or email anytime and she is extremely responsive. She also proactively advocates for her patients' rights and takes the time to explain in thorough detail complex diagnoses. When my relative underwent an intensive surgical procedure, Dr. Wong was available every step of the long procedure and long recovery period to answer questions on side effects, adjust medication, and prescribe additional medication when appropriate. She used too many clinical words with us and I could tell it wasn't due to the fact that I am a Doctor but because that is just how she operates. I think it is important to communicate with a patient using regular language and Dr. Rahm did just that. Having only had one experience with Dr. Rahm and it being for a wellness check up of my healthy baby, I can't comment on his diagnostic skills but the feel of the office, friendliness of the staff and friendliness of the doctor were all there.
