A NAD treatment is a 2-4 hour session so I was hesitant to have a stranger just camp out in my home for such a long period of time. BUT this is where this company shines. The got a call from the customer service moderator and I was able to be paired with a female technician. Treatment/Experience: My technician, Tricia, is a fantastic human being. She explained the process of getting an NAD treatment, what to expect during the treatment, and overall answered any questions that popped in my head. She has a gentle touch so I did not feel a thing when she started the IV. The most important thing for me is that she is a great conversationalist. This made the 2 hour session fly by quickly. I noticed that Rejuvenate Wellness & Health Center was in my neighborhood, and I stopped in to see if they could help. Monica (receptionist) greeted me warmly and was friendly and helpful. I expected her to tell me that I'd have to make an appointment and come back another day but, as luck would have it, she said she would be able to squeeze me in. After filling out the required paperwork, nurse practitioner & co-owner Rebeca came out to greet me. She also had a warm & welcoming personality. I told her the reason for my visit and described my symptoms. She took the time to explain the various causes for fatigue and discussed several treatment options. (On a side note, I did visit another facility for the same thing and was ridiculed and dismissed so I genuinely appreciate Rebeca's professionalism and attentiveness.) Rebeca used to work in ER & Urgent Care, so she is very skilled and knowledgeable in what she does. After my shot Rebeca gave me a tour of the facility and described some of the other holistic & integrative wellness treatments that they offer (Vitamin IV Drip, Ozone Sauna, fillers, & much more).
