Prices are very reasonable and you will get your money's worth. Property: Has 2 green pastures to ride(she keeps them green all year round). One has a dressage arena + open space and one has a jump course , covered arena, wash area for horses, tack room or lockers. As a Horse leaser: She is a very conscious animal owner, her horses and her boarded horses are healthy and very well taken care of (always shod and if they loose a shoe she takes care it of it ASAP). I have a great leasee/leaser relationship, very straight forward agreement and she lives on property so that is a plus. She has taught me everything from the basics of handling a horse (tacking, grooming) to taking care of a horse when you go to a show or schooling off property (Examples: Pine Hill, Meadow Creek Park, Greenwood Farm). As a Student: I take Dressage and Jump lessons with her and I have come a long way in all this time. She also participates in many off property events like schooling trips and schooling shows, shows in the Houston- Dallas area with her students. I came to a silent Bookclub event here last week called Pages with Ponies and just had to come check it out. I loved that they were able to roam around us and we could pet them. I did get some reading done and it's very peaceful here. After we finished reading we were able to make a bowl of food to feed the horses and ponies. This was a unique experience. Some things to know when traveling to get here make sure you turn on 10655 Katy Hockley Rd. There's a black mailbox that has an arrow to turn there. Do it because I missed it the first time and it was pain to u-turn on this tiny road. It's a bumpy road and parking was limited for our party but we made it work. I enjoyed my time here.

This is an absolutely beautiful and very special place to visit located in Katy, Texas. We had a…read morewonderful visit with two small kiddos (ages 5 & 8) and they loved every minute of their experience here. Our small group started with miniature pony brushing and then got to dress up their animals in various accessories. From there they got on smaller horses with a guide leading them and learned basic skills, like stopping (whoa) and had a lot of fun riding around the enclosed area circle. They even played a few games like red light green light. After that they learned to walk with the miniature ponies and even got to take them over a jump and through an obstacle course. We then finished the day with a little carriage ride with the owner, Paige. The highlight of their visit (they said later) was learning to clean out a horse stall. Who knew they loved cleaning so much! All of the guides were wonderful. The main gal that did the instructing was just so lovely and sweet to the kids explaining everything with patience. Definitely a must visit for anyone looking for this kind of experience in the area.

She is not afraid to speak up when necessary and stand her ground where the operation of her stable and school are concerned.
