This is the absolute worst place ever. I kept my mouth shut about their customer service and the way they treat customers for a year only because my daughter enjoys riding and doesn't understand any better. I lost so much money from missing classes when my kid was SICK that they refused to give me a makeup class for. But this this was my final straw. My daughter has the flu and I event sent them the positive test and they refused me a token so I will be speaking up. The owner and his wife are THE RUDEST people I've ever encountered. So unprofessional and just mean. The "hour class" is not one hour is MAX 20 minutes riding while your kid sits out the rest of the class because the group class means they share a horse not the class. It's ridiculous. Total a month its 80 min MAYBE. They fill up classes with as many kids as possible so they can make the most money possible and your kid rides 20 min. My daughter has been there for over a year and is still on a lead. No professing because the instructors are careless. DONT DO IT. I promise you that you will regret it. The owners need to do better. Your business will fail eventually. I've attached screenshots of how rude they are. Time after time. Imagine being talked to this way as a customer who pays $265 a month. Truly baffling. read more
