There is an aura of positive industry, well-organized and scheduled appointments, and obvious professionalism. We were presented with a very pleasant manner and friendliness in the setting up of the appointment with Liza Minelli and with the wonderful receptionist Angela at the front desk. Since it is a walk-in location, you may wait a while but there are plenty of spots to stand away from the smaller waiting room which can get crowded. My x-Ray tech was fast and efficient. The scan itself took about 5 minutes in total, and the office sent my results over to my doctor at lightning speed. Would definitely recommend this location over the other BRMIs in the area.

Here are the reasons why: - Staff greet you and get you set up. Don't forget Insurance card and ID. - Registration area- Every staff member makes sure you are there for the right test and will call your doctor if there are any issues. They also keep you posted with any changes. -The technicians and staff that does the testing will check again and make sure you are okay before and after the test is done. Yes, trying to get an appointment on the phone is rough and difficult. Do not give up. When calling to schedule appointment we had two tests to be done and could only get appointments with two separate locations. When we got to the appointment and told them what happened, They helped us out and we got both test done here. There is a parking lot with an attendant on premise. Just remember. Tests like PET Scans are done at other another location and not on this site.

The mammogram tech had zero bedside manner--abrupt, unkind, and unprofessional. I was asked to change in a makeshift office with a small curtain and was given a tiny top, then had to carry all my belongings with me while trying to stay covered. Afterward, I was led through the hallway (still in that tiny top) and placed in what looked like a break room, with staff walking by as I sat there trying to stay covered--completely lacking in privacy and care. The ultrasound tech was nicer but still not very warm or reassuring. For such a personal and often stressful procedure, this place made me feel uncomfortable, exposed, and rushed. I would not recommend it.
