They accepted me as a client and I signed a contract. Then said that they are pairing with another law firm that is basically taking the lead and I need to reach out to the other firm for updates but should receive a packet in the mail within a month. After two months of numerous calls to both law firms, and multiple guarantees that they would get back to me, neither have. They have completed abandoned me even though I've been extremely patient. I also cannot speak to other law firms possibly willing to take my case since I already signed a contract. I'm in a critical position with this lawsuit and it's a HUGE deal to our financial future and stability and no one at the office seems to care. I'm devastated and now feel hopeless and unsure what to do. I feel like they just want you to sign with them so you don't go anywhere else and then turn their backs on you unless they know there's a benefit to them. I don't understand why they are treating me so horribly and why each person that says they will absolutely get back to me, never does. There's a statute of limitations on my case and they are putting me farther and farther behind and possibly ruining any chances of receiving much needed and deserved compensation. I thought I did my research and checked reviews but apparently I'm just not important enough in their eyes. So even though I've been contacted by other lawyers willing to see if I meet the qualifications to take my case, I cannot even proceed to see if I am since I already signed with this law firm. I'm completely blown away by the lack or compassion, professionalism and empathy. I'd avoid them at all costs. I hope they either get it together, or I can somehow back out of this contract and try with some of the others that have reached out. I gave them multiple chances to get back to me and they literally haven't called or checked back in ONCE in a month and a half. But after they realized that they dropped the ball they worked very hard at turning it around. These guys advertise so much that they believe their own hype. I spoke to Gerardo about my potential case(s) and he cut me off mid explanation. He told me he would call me back in 30 minutes and here I am two weeks later and I haven't heard from anyone in the organization. I had to reach out to a non-celebrity attorney to assist me. I'm using the term celebrity loosely since they pay so much for their advertising. Lerner & Roe is not the way to go. read more

this is a not good company they don't care about their client's. i had a case with them last year it took a year n 4 month's to get my check within that time the case manager they assign to me was "lucy estrada". she only called me 1 time's n i could never reach them i had my pcp got all they x-rays n blood test n paperwork really for them to pick up but she never called my doctor n a year later she called me n told me she could find my doctor n paper work n i only got 1,300 for the accident almost 2 yrs gone by my back still hurt today i can't carry heavy or lay on my back more then 10 mins the pain does go away unless i smoke weed everyday with my medical card. i hope you people out there please read my stories n don't go to this company and please let your friends n family know "do not trust this company lerner n rowe" so please let all the your family n friend's knows about my stories thanks n becareful n safe out there n have a great day. read more
