I'm speechless with the terrible job done by the old lady. I requested for a square shape and this is the result. I could tell that she does not speak english and didn't want to be rude so I didn't say a word after that. I had a feeling that this is not gonna turn out good. My gel manicure only lasted for 4 days and it started peeling off. The other lady who did my toes told me that if I get a gel pedicure, it sometimes last even 6 weeks. Mine only lasted a week and one came off. Upon checking out, I spoke to the lady who did my toes and showed her my manicure. She tried to file it to make it a square shape but this is the best she could do. I told her how disappointed I was with the job done by the old lady. But nothing she can do about it. I would never come back here nor recommend this business. read more

He also got upset when i didn't want a manicure and started speaking in vietnamese to his coworker about me not knowing i understood. He then didn't let me finish drying my nails. The man that works here refused to do cheetah on my toes 5 times until some other girl had to come and try to do my toes but obviously both of them were in a rush and made my sh8t look so wack! I want there on 2/1/24. I don't get tips, color, or gloss. I just get acrylic over my real nails. Well, 2 days later acrylic is lifting and chipping off . This was a simple process, not only quick. I paid $35 for this plus gave the lady a $10 tip. I called and let them know on 2/3/24 about my dissatisfaction. I was told to come back in. I would have thought this was easy money and doing it correct, without being cheap on the acrylic was a win-win. If I would have known before (not my first time) that the lady was going to put the thinnest layer of acrylic she could, I would have went somewhere else. Giving them two stars because they do good pedicures if you go to the right person. However for acrylic I will definitely not recommend this place ever since Tammy quit. This past Sunday 7/18/21 I came her and had the older spiky hair guy do my nails and I'm not sure how he is allowed to be considered as a nail technician. Well this is my second time going and my first time I didn't care for the service because I asked for marble design and got zebra stripes and argued With the nail tech about it not being marble but I just said whatever and paid and left. Now recently my sister in law came to visit from down south and we wanted to do a nail day and decided to try this place once More and try a different nail tech and my gosh this place is ridiculous. I got medium to long nails and asked for French too with the V and squared shaped, I was told I can't do French tip cause they're too long which is ridiculous there's many nail techs who do xxl nails with v French tips which is a very simple design that many if not all nail techs should be able to do. I just went with a basic red which is fine but mot what I wanted. Two days later two nails broke I went back and they didn't take off the acrylic that broke off just put more acrylic over the broken one. Next day another nail broke. This place is very cheap And does a shitty ass job none of the techs know how to do designs and good nails at that. 0/10 would not recommend save your money seriously. Did I mention my sister in laws nails were shitty too?! Seriously horrible and the techs rude af with lots Of attitude. read more

I've always had healthy strong nails and since I came here last month because my usual nail lady was busy and needed my nails done for an event my nails have not gotten better since I took them off a few weeks ago they are still very thin and they break so easily not only that I have dark spots on my nails!!!!!! I hope it's not fungus ! This place is so unsanitary my nails where not even straight ! One start? More like -10. Only nail spot I have been going to ever since I've moved out here. It's been okay so far and the only decent workers that I liked there is Cindy and Tammy. They have this new girl who works there and she messed up my nails so badly. I HATED my nails. But I let it slide. I went there again 2 months later. And they assigned her to me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her just put the fake nails on me and to see how that would turn out While she was glueing them on, all of it, and I do mean ALL OF MY NAILS were crooked!! I told her about it and she ignored me. Then I told her, I want to someone else to do my nails, they all were talking in their language and I'm pretty sure they were talking sh**. The old man seemed irritated. But I didn't care I waited hella long and I just wanted to get my nails done and out of there. So Tammy ended up finishing my nails. Which were actually nice. I felt bad for wanting someone else to do my nails but I wasn't gonna pay $50 twice for someone to f***** them up again. The whole time I can tell they felt some type of way. And today is the first day I been there since that incident. And I called to ask if they were busy and they said no. I came in and the short old man realized it's me again and he said to me whispering "Oh, there's not enough workers to do your nails til tmr, I can work on your feet but you gonna have to come back later for your nails (hand) because only 3 workers that can do hands but 1 worker is by appointment only" like what??? You guys charge $1 for every transaction that is made. I'm not gonna be doing two whole different transaction. I want to get them both done on the same day so I don't have to come back. Then these ladies came in after me and I'm pretty sure they got seated but I already left. They told me up front how much it would be with/without gel so that I would be comfortable with the price and happy with what I wanted. I like coming here for pedis. Probably won't come back anymore. Today, around noon, I made an appt for 3 pedis at 4pm. When I got there the lady was a bit rude and kept accusing me that she had called me and it was me who picked up and told me to come at 4:45pm???? Which I never got a call from this place.
