please do NOT go here to get your eyebrows or upper lip waxed here. the service was nice but however the way the service was executed was not. i have scarring along the bottom of my nose from where the HOT wax was applied. i felt the lady blow on the wax and sometimes i would the lady blowing on my face. the waxing strip was removed very roughly and i have a lot of lifting on my skin. i've gotten my eyebrows done for 7 years and have NEVER had an experience this horrible. at the end of the appointment i asked for no lotions or liquids to be applied and she applied what smelt like rubbing alcohol and it burned my skin as well. not to even mention she didn't get all of the hairs off my eyebrow either read more

Not sure why so many low ratings. Typical strip mall type place. Was able to get right in without an appointment for a basic pedicure ($35). Polishes are a bit hit and miss with some looking old but easily found a color. The technician was friendly and the leg massage was top notch. I tried this location 4 times. First time a guy no issue and most likely why I returned. Second time the lady was rushing and yanking on me and tried to ignore it. Third time same lady and I mildly complained that she was hurting me. This time and the last time she is drilling and trying to cut the lifted acrylic off and I told her " you that hurts" ...I'm on edge and watching and I felt she was now trying to get me out of there even more so because she is being rough and Im telling her so. The lady who just did my nails was very unpleasant. I felt rushed and handled very roughly. There was no other customers waiting at all completely empty. She was doing my nails on a high setting causing vibrations that heated up my fingertips as she did them. Ask her to slow down cuz my finger was starting to get hot and she said ok but did the same thing.. she only put 1 coat of polish on my nail then continued to put on the clear!! I asked " are u doing another coat!?" Since when do you only get 1 coat?! She did not allow me the opportunity to look in the mirror after. It felt extremely unsanitary. My salon was full today so I've decided to go to "Le's Nails". The place looks bright and fresh and the gentleman that did my nails was very nice. I asked if he can do a design and he said he didn't have the product we would need for it and he would rather not try to do it with something else, which I appreciate him being honest. Well I was on time for my appointment at 11am. I was expecting get started with my feet but we started with my hands. He seemed to be rushing at her first but from my angle it appeared to be good work. I got a full set square with an iridescent clear gel polish. As he filed my nails he failed to accurately shape them into a square, two of the nails are perfectly shaped while two of them were extra pointing on the ends. I could honestly cut myself. There was no base cost and he stopped multiple times to assist a customer with a payment, to turn on the air, and to prepare another customer for a pedicure. There was a lot of activity in the shop for an appointment only facility. Let's move on to my feet, I absolutely needed a pedicure as it been 3 months but the covid -19 outbreak. During cleaning, the technician lightly went over a spot that he claimed to be a blood clot. After multiple redirections I let him know that it was not a clot but old gel polish stripped to the base that I tried to take off. He lightly went over the area still assuring that it was a blood clot. He told me that maybe I dropped something on my foot. I reaffirmed that it was not a blood clot that I was trying to take off old polish and a pair of dress shoes that I had turned the clear base gel polish to brown/ black as the color faded. He then proceeded to tell me to go look at a foot doctor that he was sure it was a blood clot. At this point, I am frustrated trying to remain calm as he not making any attempts. He proceeds to then raise his voice and kindly let him know that he was wrong and that I did not no longer want to discuss it. I made him aware that he didn't even try and I just wanted to get polish so that I could leave. In attempts to continue reading my book, he has another technician come over to look as my foot. Speaking in there native tongue, I have no idea what they are saying as he moves my foot around. I then closed my book and begin to watch to make sense of what the discussion may have been about. I wasn't happy with the thought that they didn't have dryers to dry my toes, now this disagreement meant I had to stay in this facility longer than I wanted. After all this, I thanked the technician for his concern and continued to reassure him that it is not a clot and that I worked from home for the past few months. He began to calm down at this point, he then made a statement that sometimes he can get a sore on his foot for not exercising or sitting down for a long time and wearing shoes. I completed ignored his statement and overlooked is ignorance as an attempt to make me full contempt with his services. I then let him know that I will no longer get gel on my toes if this is the effect. He reassured that maybe the chemicals in the gel have sealed into my nail bed and is no longer in the top layer of my nail. I gestured and ask for my total payment of services. He then after 10mins of disagreement he finally began to paint my toes. After he completes, I submit my payment and sit and wait in the facility because remember there are no air dryers for nails. Moral of the story, this is my personal experience. This review in no way is to dictate how this facility is run but to relay my personal experience. This place came highly recommend and unfortunately enough I will not be returning. read more

Upon entering Le's Nails, I was greeted by the front desk person who was very friendly and inviting. I had an appointment and they got me started with the Mani Pedi. My technician is Scott. He is fantastic!!! Today's Mani-Pedi was a spa Pedicure. If you do not get the full massage and foot treatment, you are depriving yourself. I love the deep tissue massage on my feet & legs as I do a lot of walking and standing and having someone take care of my feet in such a way is wonderful! The Manicure was again, relaxing. Personally, I really love getting the gel polish as I do not have to worry about doing any work between my next appointment in 2 weeks. Scott is always attentive and always does a great job. While it appears that others have had a bad experience, I have not ever had one. I have also not ever witnessed an issue that was not immediately resolved. People who come seem very happy with the services that are provided. There are also tons of repeat customers. Ps: this salon is very hygienic and have not ever seen them even attempt to use the same utensils that were not sanitized and the package opened in front of each customer. When he starts painting my nails he was leaving this huge space between the cuticle and the polish (looked like 3 week old gel manicure job) and when i mentioned he needed to get closer to the cuticle he started yelling at me in front of a bunch of people who were waiting for service. Asked for a pale peach color lady put on a neon orange, butchered the shape of my nails, kept messing up over and over nail polish was bumpy and thick, all my nails are different shades of the same color, she broke my nail and didn't even apologize just tried to fix it, paid for a MANICURE and she did not cut my cuticles or even put lotion on my hands, all my nails are different lengths, and I was there entirely too long. Terrible. My nails literally chipped less than 2 hours after my pedicure. I thought it was a fluke and I wasn't going to complain as it was a holiday weekend. But the nails didn't even last the weekend before they fell off in full pieces. The WORST! Today was my first and my last time going there. I went for a mani/pedi. For starters the towels they used had seen better days, they were old, worn and discolored. While Tom was giving me a pedicure I felt intense pain from where I thought Tom had nicked me with the tools and I yanked my foot away, Tom tried to say it's okay and grabbed my foot to place it back on the towel while I was in pain--not okay, then He uttered something in his native language to the other Tech that garnered a chuckle from her--not cool. My toenails were cut and filed on an uneven slant, they were not buffed for thinness and the polish is not covering my entire nail . When Tom was finished, I realized that my toe was actually bleeding from where Tom had sliced/cut my toe. I went to Walgreens for peroxide, le's salon gave me a bandaid and my toe continued to bleed for 45 minutes after I left that place! I regret that I paid for this service. This nail salon is by far the WORST nail salon I've ever been to if I could give no stars I would. I went for a service that cost 42 dollars a week ago and my nails are TERRIBLY coming up. I called the salon and told the manager about the service and he said they would fix it. When I came in they said it was my fault my nails were coming up and he didn't see anything wrong with the service they provided me and he would neither give me my money back or fix them for me. I would NOT advise anyone to go to this salon due to their unprofessional business. It is probably why there is never anyone in that nail salon. My last visit left me rather annoyed and I think I'll try another nail salon in the MOT area the next time I want my nails done. There was a child there (who I assume was one of the workers') running around, jumping up and down and screaming the entire time there. I understand kids get fussy, but everyone just looked at her and smiled like a kid throwing a tantrum is the cutest thing in the world. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing, pretty hard when I toddler is screaming the entire time. There were also a few flies buzzing around, not a huge deal when the door is constantly opening and closing, but one landed on my leg and the pedicurist grabbed one of my flip flops and tried to smash the fly and then continued to swat at the fly with my shoe. Uh was this chick serious? They do a fine job on manis/pedis, I can't comment on any other service because I haven't tried them, their prices are fair. I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and advised to select a polish. I then proceeded to the tub to soak. I decided on a "spa pedicure" . The nail tech seemed nice enough apparently there was a language Barrier. The nail tech seemed in a hurry, I am saying nail tech because I was not introduced or advised of her name. The service was less than adequate, my feet are still stinging from what looked like a cheese grater that was used on my feet. The filing was not acceptable, with all the experience doing nails , I would expect this to be the easiest thing to perfect. I was wrong. The polish portion started out okay, but then before the polish was reasonably dry, she started with the top coat. Needless to say it's not ideal and the polish was not smooth. I tried to locate the tech after I was moved to another seat to dry, she was no where to be found. I guess she went on break. I let another tech know about the issue his way to rectify the issue was to put on another top coat. This did not fix the problem. I will not be returning. I would expect better service for a "spa pedicure". It was more of an assembly line for nails. read more

Really I want to give them a big FAT ZERO stars of a rating.... Terrible nail salon. Technicians are rude- they never file your nails smoothly- I have used them 3 times and each time I left the shop with sharp, scratchy nails. Each time I asked them to fix before leaving the shop they would do a quick file so my nails still were scratchy. . I took my daughter with me one time and asked them to trim her nails but instead the technician cut them extremely short. I allowed them to wax my eyebrows the first time I ever went to them and you could not even tell I had my eyebrows done so NEVER use them for nails or eyebrows. Pedicures are horrible- the polish does not last longer than a week. Overall, this place is just horrible. They are not customer service friendly at all and they do lousy work- all of the technicians that I had in the 3 times I went there- I will NEVER go back to them even in a moment of desperation. read more

Le's nails was recomended to me and 2 hours after my pedicure and little activity my polish was already chipped and faded. I esentialy wasted 30$ and an hour of my time. Don't go here! Not impressed. My first, last, and only time I will go to this nail shop. It was stereotypical of the 'Asian' nail salons where they talk in Chinese/mandarin/Japanese the entire time they are doing your nails. The lady completing my pedicure was going so fast and not paying attention that she cut the side of my heal. OUCH! They are priced higher than other salons. I took my 4 and 7 year olds with me to get their fingers & toes painted. They weren't as excited after leaving as they were before we got there - the sparkle faded quick when the ladies were speaking in another language the entire time and rushing them. Ashame. read more
