I had a flat tire and read the reviews on Google and they had high ratings on there. So I went in and service was great. The staff was friendly. They were able to patch up my tire and replace it back free of charge! Sorry for those who had a bad experience, but they had good reviews on Google and for their service today I'm giving them 5 stars. No hassle and smooth experience. I would give zero stars if possible! I made an appointment for 2 pm. At 230, my vehicle was still sitting where I parked it. I had to ask for my keys. Not a single employee talked to me about them running late or apologized that they were behind. A little customer service would've been nice. I noticed that my pressure light came on while driving home from work. There was a screw in my tire. I pulled up to LS right before closing time and they did not hesitate to help. ****** WARNING!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!****** 3 days ago I shopped around to have my front brake pads, rotors, drums, and tires replaced. I arrived at this location and was helped by Andrew, the store manager. He gave me a quote that I agreed to, so I made an appointment to come in this morning to have the work done. Yesterday, I called up to the store and spoke with Andrew. I explained to him that due to unexpected change in finances, I wasn't going to be able to afford to get my brake pads, rotors, and drums done by them. I asked if he had lower cost yet comparable tire to the one I originally chose so that I could still get tires. He gave me a new quote and I agreed to to arrive this morning to have that done. I arrived, dropped off my truck and even let him up-sale me on stippling my tires. I left for about 90 mins and came back. When I arrived I walked up to the bay where my truck was up on a lift. To my surprise I caught Andrew, the store manager, talking crap about me. Calling me a liar in the process. I caught him off guard when he noticed me standing there. I asked him if there was a problem and all he could say was "Looks like someone else put brakes on". To which I replied that someone did in fact. I found a better deal at Brakes Plus down the street in Firestone yesterday. I was able to get brand new brake pads, rotors, drums AND shoes installed for about $400 less than what Andrew originally quoted me. Not that I need to explain myself but anyone would have done the same thing when finances are tight. My message to Andrew would be to grow up and learn to respect the customers who put the food on his plate and pay his bills. There is no reason you need to talk about someone who spending money on your services. Especially when I was extremely respectful and polite to you. You might want to be careful who you talk crap about. You never know what might happen Andrew. Luckily, I had my wife and kids with me today. Because of that I chose to walk away and leave this review. You are not a trust worthy person and don't deserve to be in the position you are in. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I purchase's four new tires from this firestone location. They were awesome at first but not once did anyone mention that I needed to go back and get a tire rotation every 5000 miles to not void any kind of warranty I even went in and had a nail removed And never mentioned it. They contacted me to get an updated address never mentioned it today. I went in because my tire pressure came on so I had them check it. One of the acting manager came out to tell me I needed new tires. I advised him that that could be possible because these were new tires, and I still had a warranty on them and he had stated who did you buy the tires from I stated you, he looked me up under a different name found my Account Went back outside came back inside and stated since I never got a tire rotation even though I was under the 50,000 miles for the warranty Was voided and I need to buy new tires, which I am still paying on these tires. I highly recommend you not get tires from here unless you have the time to follow up yourself because their customer service and lack of communication is not there the front desk lady stated that they had no one to contact their customers to remind them and said emails do go out which I have looked and so has my husband who has tires from them as well And not email has been sent to us Beware of this warranty scam! Now I get to go buy new tires when I have tires that are not even 50,000 miles old because he refused to look at my tires stating because my tires were not rotated. This morning (10/28/2019) I called the Les Schwab location in Firestone, CO and asked if they could mount our snow tires on our SUV since there is a snow stormcoming tomorrow.. They said that they don't make appointments, just bring the car in and they'll fit us in. I said that I couldn't be there until 4:30 pm and they said that would work. We arrived at 4:30 and was told that they couldn't fit us in! We left and went to Discount tire and they were able to fit us in even though they had to stay a few minutes after closing to finish our mounting. Not a very good first experience with Les Schwab. Maybe they should change their name to "Less" Schwab. read more

Huge variance in store estimate and actual cost. I purchased two new tires, to replace two worn from the original 4 I purchased from the same store a while back. The sales person gave me a verbal estimate, in the shop, for the two new tires, installed and out the door for a total of $243. I verbally agreed to that amount. When the same sales person finalized the install the total amount was $375. I asked where the difference came from. She looked baffled, and said it was on the paper estimate. I informed her I never saw a written paper estimate, that she gave me a verbal estimate of $243. She dug through the trash. Nothing. Looked around, went out to the installation bay, dug in that trash, pulled out a piece of greasy paper, brought it to me, and said, see here is the estimate. I informed her I was never shown that paper estimate and she verbally told me it would be a total $243. "Oh" she said. I said that was wrong to change the price that much from what she told me. Had I known two tires on a small car were going to be $375 I never would have purchased them. Her response, "Well it's $375". She fumbled around on the computer some more and confirmed again, "Yep, $375." At that point I paid and left. Horrible customer service. Misrepresentation of the total cost. I felt as if I was outright lied to and she was oblivious to the entire situation or what the issue was with I asked about how it increased from $243 to $375. She had nothing to say. read more

Today, I got the notice again and I drove back (no appointment). Again a guy comes to my car before I'm even out of it. This time they're plugging it And charging me nothing. Purchased a set of tires about 7 months ago from them. Last week one of the tires got a bubble on the side wall. I took it in for warranty and was informed that the tire had been discontinued and it would be about 2 weeks to find one. Gave me (2) options. Put on the spare which was 3 sizes smaller than what was on and would have messed up the front end or buy a different brand to replace it. The manager kept saying it was unfortunate but nothing else he could do. You would have thought they would have just put on a new tire and be done with it. Dealerships have routinely told us that they can't be repaired and that we need to buy a new set of four. After her most recent flat, we went here and received outstanding help. What a joke. Called and made an appointment for an alignment verified that they would be able to do it on my vehicle. Took it in waited around for a half hour then the guy who does the alignments came and told me he can't do it because he doesn't have the specs. Told him he doesn't need specs just eyeball it. He said no ended up wasting an hour there. Took it down the street to fire stone they did it without an appointment in 30 minutes. read more

I wrote a review a month ago regarding less than satisfactory service I received at the Loveland Les Schwab. This review is in contrast to that one. One of the tires that I bought a month ago (~2500 miles) had a belt slip in the tire (factory defect) and a bulge began to appear on/in the side wall. I called another Les Schwab store in Colorado Springs and was told that I would need to bring the tire in so they can inspect it before ordering a replacement tire. I don't have that kind of time, so I started calling other stores. The gentleman at the Firestone, CO store told me it would be no problem to set up an appointment to change the tire under warranty sight unseen. I arrived at the coordinated time and was met at the door by one of the service reps. He inspected the tire and told me he would have it fixed in 30-45 minutes. I left the tire and did other things while it was fixed. I got a call about 30 minutes later and was advised that an employee called in sick and it would take a bit longer that the original estimate. It ended up taking about 2 hours and my tire was fixed and I was out the door with a smile and a new tire. Little fuss, and little pain. This store understands service and business. I went to these guys for an estimate on brakes after going to a few other local places. They only quoted me for front brakes, after I knew from other places that my rear brakes were bad. They never even mentioned anything about the rear brakes and the quote for the front was way over priced. I am not convinced that they know what they are doing. read more

I feel I should warn people DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! The tire techs at this facility destroyed my sons chrome rim with an obvious tool impact and tear on his rim and then told us we would just have to buy a new rim. On top of that they tried to bs us to and were VERY unprofessional and one person there actually was very threating. They destroyed my boys car and just told us oh well. You have to buy a new rim or we can not put the tire on. I am super displeased after having done business on several occasions with Les Schwab I am disappointed.
