Fast service for a ruined tire. Saturday is their busiest time, but it only took 90 minutes to get a new tire installed. These guys really hustle They have a popcorn machine in the waiting area. I've been dealing with a slow leak in a tire for several months. I have visited several other Les Schwab locations and was told that it was just temperature changes. When driving from Seattle to Boise today, I experienced a low tire pressure warning but by the time I pulled into the Les Schwab in Ontario it was nearly flat. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday but they jumped right in to help me out and I was back on the road 23 minutes later with the screw removed, and the flat fixed. They couldn't have been more attentive and professional, I'm so appreciative. This experience has restored my trust in Les Schwab. read more

First visit: Brakes were squeaky. Sent my truck in only to be told that everything was okay. Second visit: Brakes were still squeaky. Went in with the truck for a brake check. I was told that the brakes were worn to oblivion. Get this, though. They only bothered to replace three out of four brakes. So now, I need to replace the rear ones again. This time, I'm getting it done in Nyssa. And we know and trust the people who work there. Also, they don't set appointments, so you can wait a really long time to get things done. read more

I was in a panic as my battery light came on at baker city. I was traveling from WA to Twin Falls, with my two little boys with me. I called in advance because I knew Ontario was my closest stop. She said they are open til 6 and can check batteries. When I got there, (crying and scared) the guy - Chris, was already supposed to be off work. He checked the battery and said it was extremely low but the problem was my alternator was done for. After some talking, and plan making, he offered to stay and fix it right then. I was SO thankful for his hard work. It made my trip so much easier than having to stay in Ontario and have him fix it the next day. I really appreciate all you guys did to help me out! I give it no star if I could worst service ever they told me 15-20 minutes for tires changed they literally took 2 hours and 30 min just for changing the tires and every time I asked them they said we're working on it when I saw the car parked outside for an hour. I went in back in April took my grandmothers truck in for some front end work, I gave a detailed description of what I wanted done to the truck. An hour later I got a call from the alignment guy asking me what was wrong. I was taken a back because of what I described should have been on the work order. I also asked him if he drove it, he said no. He called me back an hour later and stated he did an alignment but it still pulled left. I was beyond mad at this point. I again told the guy what was wrong with my truck. He called back an hour later and finally found part of the problem. I wanted the whole problem fixed not part of it. I asked to speak to the manager, whom I find out is the one who wrote me up and heard my detailed description of what I wanted done and did not put it on the work order. I am super pissed at this point. The manager handles it and comped me an alignment (Thank you) however the lack of communication and knowledge of the alignment guy lost my business. Oh and they didn't rotate and balance my tires like I asked either. Not the store for me. read more

Had a flat tire, took an hour for them to come fix it. I had to follow them afterwards and then purchase a new tire so I did. Next day I had a low air warning on my car, so I had to put air in that NEW TIRE. It got worse, I called and said they need to fix it, or give me my money back for their bitch ass tire. And this guy had the Audacity to say "I'm thinking about sending someone out there but I don't have to deal with you" bitch you have me a fucking flat tire how are you not going to take responsibility. I do not even want to give this place one star. If there was a 1/2 star that said "HELL NO!" That would be the one I would choose. I needed a tire repair and in addition requested that they be rotated. I set there and watched two men repair my tire, check the air in them all. They came in to get me, I asked if they rotated my tires. The guy, right to my face told me they did. If I wasn't in such a hurry to get back to work, I would have argued. But I wasn't in the situation that I could, lucky for them. So I just calked it up as, I will never do business with them again. I had a tire go flat when I arrived at work and I couldn't work on it myself or leave to get it fixed. I called the Ontario Les Schwab for help. They sent out a technician within the hour, pulled my tire off, took it back to their shop, repaired it and came back to reinstall it. The entire process took about an hour and was reasonably priced. I offered a tip but the technician wouldn't accept it. I'll be buying from Les Schwab in the future. read more

They give me great deals and always make sure my vehicle is well taken care of while they work on it! Not to mention their service calls. Les Schwab steps up again! This is the second time I've used them. I'm from out of town, have a rental car that shows a warning light for tire pressure. I drive in and tell them the problem. They had a guy check the tires and add/release pressure within 5 minutes. I was there a total of 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I love them! Was on a job in the area and discovered a air leak in a tire. I needed to get back to my job a.s.a.p. Pulled into Schwabs cause I had their tires. Pulled up to an open bay (there was 2 open). Then I was told it would probably be over an hour to get it repaired. Funny thing was there was three employees in at the desk just shooting the bull. I explained my situation but was just passed over as if it didn't matter. So went to their neighbor Commercial Tire who were very busy but under the circumstances got my tire fixed at no charge and I was gone in 15 minutes. I will change all my tire purchases to commercial tire. read more

My wife took our van to Les Schwab last week because it was making some funny sounds in the front tire area. After they took a look at the van the told us that they could get all of the problems fixed for $250. We live on a tight budget and it took us a few days to be able to figure out where we would be able to get the money from. After we figured out how we were going to pay for it we took it back to them. They called us back in about four hours telling us that it was completely taken care of, and that we could pick it up right away. We lived too far away from the garage to pick it up that night, and so the serviceman told us that we would have to pay for it right now over the phone, and that the amount that we owed them was $337. He explained to us that it cost more than he thought because he found some additional things wrong, and that he just figured that he should take care of them without asking us or getting our permission, and that we should just be able to take care of the extra expense because he thought that it was the best thing for the vehicle. I couldn't be more frustrated over the lack of service and respect that was shown to us. I have been to a number of Les Schwab stores that have given great customer service, but the Ontario Oregon store showed me tonight that it lacks ethics, and common courtesy. read more
