The employees at this location will try to swindle you into buying new tires that can be easily repaired. Wait times are not acceptable I waited over an hour to have a nail puncture repaired for my tire. Employees lied to me that the nail was in the side wall and the tire could not be repaired when I asked to see the location of the damage it was clearly in the center of the tread which is an easy repair. When I elected to not purchase a tire the employees were rude and took their time returning my keys. I took my vehicle to a competitors shop and they assisted me with a repair of my tire. I will no longer do business with a company that uses crooked marketing tactics such as offering free tire repairs to its customers just to lie and upsell new tires. read more

I went in to check my tires, bought 4 tires and an alignment. Long story short I was looking at the invoice /receipt and it states that the car needed brakes and repairs on axel. It also indicated that I was advised. I was never informed. I called the next day because I was taking a trip up north to the Bay Area. The guy told me it was the manager that helped me out ! I informed him I was taking a trip up north that weekend and that's why I wanted to make sure everything was good. As I was driving up there I felt my steering wheel not align straight and my brakes going down the hill were horrible. . I am never coming here again, please be careful, I'm deciding to coming here. Bought 4 tires in 2021 and have put less than 20,000 miles on them. Currently have a slow leak in one of the tires and took it to the American Tire Depot in Rialto off of Valley and Riverside. First the counter tech couldn't find the sales of the tires on his system, so got the receipt from the car. The next thing the clerk tells me is that the tires are old and really low quality tires. I felt like the tires age was based like dog years ? Then I'm told they would not honor the warranty that was purchased for roadside problems like nails and such. The reason was that after putting less than 20,000 miles on the tires the tread was too low and that repairs couldn't be made. I get the warranty situation, but I don't get the used car salespitch with losing the sale on the system or telling me that they sale subpar tires that won't be warranty for very long. read more
