Don was so helpful from the Saturday afternoon I needed to know if my tires were covered for replacement, then he ordered them for me and by Tuesday I was at the shop getting them replaced. The employees at this location will try to swindle you into buying new tires that can be easily repaired. Wait times are not acceptable I waited over an hour to have a nail puncture repaired for my tire. Employees lied to me that the nail was in the side wall and the tire could not be repaired when I asked to see the location of the damage it was clearly in the center of the tread which is an easy repair. When I elected to not purchase a tire the employees were rude and took their time returning my keys. I took my vehicle to a competitors shop and they assisted me with a repair of my tire. I will no longer do business with a company that uses crooked marketing tactics such as offering free tire repairs to its customers just to lie and upsell new tires. read more

I went in to check my tires, bought 4 tires and an alignment. Long story short I was looking at the invoice /receipt and it states that the car needed brakes and repairs on axel. It also indicated that I was advised. I was never informed. I called the next day because I was taking a trip up north to the Bay Area. The guy told me it was the manager that helped me out ! I informed him I was taking a trip up north that weekend and that's why I wanted to make sure everything was good. As I was driving up there I felt my steering wheel not align straight and my brakes going down the hill were horrible. . I am never coming here again, please be careful, I'm deciding to coming here. No I didn't go back I had to get it done up north and get it fixed. The manager must of been in a rush to not tell me anything of this. read more

Bought 1 set of tires for my vehicle, went back for a warranty on 1 of my tires and it happens that they will not honor the warranty because William W. and Rob Lopez at the counter who sold me the tires didn't correctly add the tire info on the receipt which I had purchased.
