DO NOT bring a vehicle here!! The absolute worst Les Schwab. I brought my car here awhile ago for an alignment and when I left it drove HORRIBLE. I brought it back because clearly they did something wrong. They would not own up to their mistakes! Come to find out they left a ball joint loose. I came in after work today to get 2 flats repaired, I did not purchase my tires from les schwab but these guys patched my tires for free and without an appointment. I wasn't treated any different when they found out I wasn't purchasing anything and they didn't try to lie about not being able to patch my tires like a lot of places have done in the past. This is Les Schwab location and their manager Brad is doing a terrific job to kill any customer loyalty that I may have ever had. It seems like every time you say the word "brakes" to them they immediately insist that you buy a complete brake job. I went in to ask them to simply bleed my brakes and they declined claiming that they wouldn't take responsibility for anyone else's work. I never asked them to take responsibility, simply bleed the brakes.He would rather send me out in an unsafe vehicle than to man up and provide actual customer service. Very sad because I adore most of my encounters with Les Schwab. For all of their marketing that touts how well they handle drivers in distress, in real life it just falls flat. They talk a great game of customer service but never follow through. Sad. If I ran the world then he would be looking for a new job on Monday. read more

It is nice that they do free tire repairs. But the reason I am writing this review is because the receptionist lady is by far the rudest person I have spoke to over the phone and in person. She has brown hair. As the manager you need to speak to her about her rudeness. I am not impressed and will not be coming back to this Les Schwab Tire Center. read more

Came in with a nail on my tire. I got helped right away but fifteen minutes later approached by the gentleman who took my car in. "Bad news or bad news first ?" Great uhoh well apparently my tire is just a little to bald to patch and he wouldn't do it. Staring at me I'm like okay well idk I guess I'll leave he still stares "oh so you want the tire put on"? We got a flat parking at the fair which wasn't much fun. We took the tire off and put on the spare and brought the tire into this location (same place we bought it). I was immediately greeted in a very professional manner and within about two minutes of walking in the door they were working on the tire. The place was clean and tidy. I was a little worried I would be charged for replacing a stripped lug nut and stud. In about 10-15 mins they had everything fixed and didn't charge me. Woohoo! That was the fastest, most professional experience I've ever had at a tire store. Most definitely a five-star experience. read more

I was in this one and the people are friendly but I was told that one of the tires was covered under warranty and never told anything else so when I went back in cause the tier had to be ordered they put the new tire on and then I was told that it costed money and I didn't have the money cause I was never told that it was going to cost anything but was told that it's covered under warranty won't be going back read more

On my way to Oregon from a vacation in Montana August 11 I pulled into the motel parking with a flat tire! Being that it was late and I was traveling alone I didn't' call my insurance company until the next day. After my roadside assistance changed my tire I took the flat to Les Schwab (I called a number of a Les Schwab that I thought was close to the motel and was directed to the Aliki address as it was only 5 minutes from the motel). The service representative was on the phone so I had to wait, but he told me I could have some coffee or popcorn while I waited for the repair. When the tire was repaired I was told it wouldn't cost me anything! I told them I hadn't gotten the tire at a Les Schwab dealer, but that didn't matter, it was FREE! I was appreciative and relieved. The next time I need tires I will look for a Les Schwab dealer!!! read more

You've got to get a more friendly front desk person. She was rude. She was cold she was not wanting to be there waiting on customers.

Called with a simple question and was shouted at over the phone by brad this locations wonderful manager. He needs kicked in his ass.

The few times we have purchased new tires from this location we had to take to another for proper balancing. Friendly and less known so if you are in a hurry like during snow season you can get in and out in about an hour. Just be prepared to take your car to another Les Schwab when you have more time to get the wheels balanced. read more

Literally top notch service all around. I live in Liberty Lake and used to go to the Les Schwab in GreenAcres and was always greeted (never greeted mostly ignored) by a lady with an ugly mean mugging face upon check in, not only that the wait times were ridiculous and I'm not talking 1-2 hrs it's no joke hardcore 3hrs+ how long one must wait, that's even with calling ahead to see when the best time to drop off your vehicle. I started coming to the Alki location and don't mind the commute for the refreshing, great customer service, and kind attitude upon arrival. Legit the Alki location truly portrays the Les Shwab commercials that you see on t.v. They go out of their way to take care of you even when they are on a time crunch. A great bunch of people who really strive to make the tire service a great experience. Don't go anywhere else in the Valley, come to this spot! read more

Very poor service and safety is of no concern We had a driver go in to get a couple of trailer tires fixed and Jeff Klein, the assistant manager, told our driver to leave and refused to do the tire repair because we did not buy the tires from them putting the truck on the road unsafe and illegal. This is unacceptable from any business to do, especially one that is all about safety. I would really find another place to have your tire work done and stay away from Les Schwab. read more

I had coffee with a friend today at Starbucks. Came out at 2 pm to a flat tire. Called my Roadside Assistance plan & they set up a service call & I was told it would be a 65 minute wait. Ok, I'm in the parking lot. The car is almost in the shade. I can wait. At 90 minutes the "service" company calls & says it will be another 2 hours until they can get to me & asked if I was on the Highway or in a safe place. Well, I'm not on the Highway. I'm in a parking lot but I've already been hit up for change & to use my cell. Oh well it'll be 2 more hours. Not acceptable. I remembered Les SCHWAB's fix a flat service so called my store in Airway Heights. Sandy hooked me up with the Alki store. Twenty minutes later, I was on the road. Mikey was awesome! Polite, nice, fast & efficient! I'd have given him a tip if he could have accepted it. Four hours after my initial call for assistance, I am now home & I get another call from the "service" company asking if I still needed the service I canceled over an hour ago. I hit a pothole which damaged and flattened one of my tires. I came here looking for an excellent experience with these guys and even got some useful advice from an employee on whether or not I needed to purchase a new wheel. My problem arose when I came back to them with a new tire to mount. I was told by the service manager at Subaru that my 3 other tires were new enough for my brand new tire to be mounted with no problem; so I buy the tire at Subaru and drive over to Les Schwab for the installation. I was turned down by an office worker that was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact that I've been driving around on a temporary spare. I wanted to give them my business and was even excited to have my car back to normal. Instead I was treated with disrespect. Thanks Les Schwab! read more

2nd tire we've had blow out in our RV just outside of Spokane in the last 6 months. The employees at this location were fast, freindly and worked hard to get us back to our vacation. Might pay a little more for your tires at Les Schwab but it definitely is worth the terrific customer service! read more
