My boyfriend went to get my tires swapped for winter & he was first in line, (They said first come first serve basis.) But apparently if you bring donuts in, they'll let you go first...So, they ended up helping 5 other people's car before mine (3 & a half hours later) when it was time they said that the tires I had where "too old" & said that he could buy new tires for 168 a piece. To remind you these are snow tires only used about 4 months out of the year! & they weren't used much at all! Very disappointed. read more

I own a used car which I only paid a few hundred for. With that being said, I found myself stranded vehicle died at an intersection and would not start. i visually scanned the area and saw Tire Rama. I walked over and asked at counter if they could help me and so i called a tow truck and waited. They got my vehicle in fairly quickly, and called me with good news? My car blew a fuse and it was supposedly because of Cam shaft posotion sensor, which i already knew about and had a check engine light indicating just that. I authorized the repairs and vehicle was finished ready to pick up. Or was it? After leaving I no sooner got home less that ten miles away and low and behold fuse blew again. I imediately called them back and was like ??????? I was almost sure that they were gonna try and soak me again. So anyway after the holiday (Christmas) took vehicle back in again and they did indeed find the cause of the fuse blowing. well actually I did and told them where to look. They made the repairs and returned my car NO CHARGE. I honestly am impressed and I dont write reveiws. Thank You Guys for taking it easy on this old timer. I appreciate that more than you will ever know. All said and done 300.00 in repairs and a couple days . I probably would of taken longer and spent as much doing it myself. read more

I have gone to Tire Rama for about 3 years. I recently got a quote to have my struts done. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in to get the work done the price had gone up. I was told that within the last three days the price on the parts went up. I was rather disappointed about this, but the manager, Reno, was a great guy. He obviously cares about his customer base, and did what he could to lower the price, virtually back down to what they quoted, by giving me my alignment for free. I will always remember good customer service like this, and it will always keep me coming back. Good customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Well a good thing came to an end. I used to go to Les Swab but their prices were high and they were not friendly so I started going to Perfection Tire and liked their service and have been happy with them but their prices were a little more than I wanted to pay. I still use them but not as often. I have six vehicles in my house and I swap tires for winter and then back on in the spring on some of them. This can really add up so I have started buying rims for winter for some of my vehicles. I found Tire-Rama a few years ago and was really happy with the service and the prices. I bought a new to me truck that needed tires so I shopped around to find the best price I could find for an acceptable set of tires because I just started a business and money is real tight. I found a set of tire on line and brought in them in to have them mounted and balanced on my rims that I brought in dismounted from the truck as I always do so they did not have to take them off the vehicle and I don't have to wait. I also take back the old tires because I always give away my still decent used tires to someone who cannot afford new tires. If you have used tires with some tread left post them on Craig's List for free it really helps people in desperate need. I would tell these people to go to Tire-Rama for the low cost and great service. Well that just changed. On 8/31/22 the place was slow when I brought in my tires and rims so I waited. The guys in the back were great and I watched them work and talked to them briefly. I go in to pay the tab and I about hit the floor when I received my bill, $174.40 for four standard sized 16" tires, no new stems and no tire disposal fee. I asked if there was a mistake and I was rudely told 'those are not out tires and that is the cost.' In 2021 paid $92.65 for each set of four tires mounted and balanced, in 2020 I paid $70.00. Inflation is high, but not that high and we are in a real recession which is defined as at least two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth (which our government is trying to change the definition of) and things are going to get worse so businesses need to prepare for people to stop spending money especially with companies that are rude and dismissive and don't give a damn. I once promoted this company to people getting tires, now I will tell them every chance I get to go elsewhere. Companies have many chances to satisfy their customers, but usually only get one chance to crap on them. I may have only been worth a few hundred dollars a year in highly profitable service, but I drove more than a dozen people to buy tires from Tire Rama in the last three years and they don't deserve my recommendation and won't get it. read more

Turns out I was wrong. Now I would never go anywhere else for my tires they're honest and know what they're talking about. I was looking for a local tire company and stumbled upon Tire O Rama. My experience was awesome. I get a little impatient about waiting but the wait time was reasonable. I waited patiently for the results of a low front driver side tire. Will and Reno were down to earth and friendly. So the results were that I didn't have a punctured or damaged tire. They could have easily sold me on a tire repair or new tire but they didn't. Besides having to wait a little bit of time my experience was nice. You'd think a tire place knows how to install tires but whoever did my new install didn't balance them, didn't put valve caps on and tire pressure all over the place! One tire was 86 psi and another 52psi! Had to go back to have them balance the tires and put the air pressure to what it should be and put valve caps on. Well, they balanced them, sorta.. but tire pressure still off and no valve caps. This place is a joke. Same with the cda location. Very rude there. I'll stick with Les schwab read more

I was treated very well when I bought my four Cooper tires for $680, treated like I was an important customer. They were no cheaper than anyone else I compared them with but I liked the attitude when I went in there and I bought an extended warranty for $100. I've given this business a good review and was a believer in their service/treatment of customers. Today when I went in there was a long wait to see the service advisor and he treated my disabled son like he was a piece of trash because he went into someone's office. He then told me that he couldn't do anything today and that they can't set appointments to do rotate/balance or an oil change even if I am a customer that bought the tires there, based on them being so busy this time of year. I lost my cool with him and then he changed his story. F****** through with these assholes and I'll make sure I never refer business them again. I wasn't treated horribly, just very poorly, like I have no value to them as a customer. read more

Woke up with a flat - Went to 5 different local tires stores and not one could fix it. They said either too much time or they had no availabilities. Went to tire-rama and Cody immediately said no problem, fixed it properly in 10 minutes and got us back on the road. These guys are great. Our small business has multiple vehicles that unfortunately go through a set of tires...and brakes....and...and..and about once every year each (we put a lot of miles on the company rigs). The two gentlemen that to run / manage this branch of tire-Rama have always treated use fair with prompt service, they have always fixed or repaired the vehicles correctly the first time. And most importantly to me, they have never tried to sell me something I don't need or tried to sell me on an unnecessary repair like I have experienced at so many other places. Two years ago I would have said that Post Falls Tire-Rama was the best local mechanic shop around and I took all my vehicles here over 15 years. It appears that the entire crew has changed and the service has seriously degraded. I took my vehicle here recently before a trip and told them I had a few issues that I wanted them to look into as well as an oil change and a general safety look-over. I got the car back with a report that the problems I identified couldn't be identified or reproduced but the oil change was done. I got on the road for an 1800 mile round trip. All the problems I originally identified were still there and continued to get worse. Upon return from the trip I immediately took the car to another mechanic. Turns out I risked the lives of my family throughout the trip. The brakes were bad on all wheels and the rotor assembly on the left front was bad and the sensor harness for the ABS and Traction Control was damaged. Worst of all, the rear tires were worn to the belt on the insides of the rear tires and there was a bulge in the tread of one. I can somewhat excuse the wiring issue but I find it inexcusable that a tire store failed to identify the brake and tire issues when they were specifically asked to look over the vehicle for safety issues. read more

Worst customer service today! Have been customers for along time and have spent over $1000 at the Tire Rama in Great Falls... I went in for another oil change today at this store and have always been charged $70 for synthetic. This time they charged me $100 for the same service because they said my truck requires extra oil. I mentioned it has always been $70 in the past and I can get the same service at the dealership for less than $50. The assistant manager was very rude about it and pretty much told me to get lost. I can definitely say they lost another customer as I'll never return to a Tire Rama! read more

We've been coming here since moving to the area in 2008. Even if it's an extended period of time between visits, they still greet us by name when we walk in. The service here is outstanding and this particular store really does a lot for the Tire Rama brand. Austin and Ray always take great care of us and all our rigs.
