Scratched up, clearly mishandled, and to top it off, my custom valve stem caps were gone. A year of careful maintenance ruined in one visit. I stopped using Les Schwab in Wenatchee after they ruined the electrical in my Jeep. I was a long time customer when I had called for a jump start one cold winter morning. The man who showed up to jump start my Les Schwab battery cross posted and fried everything. I had it towed to Town Chrysler. They said the PCM had to be replaced. So Les Schwab replaced the battery and the PCM, but no other reimbursement. It wasn't long before I found out the Control Body Module had also been damaged and was not shutting off when the key was removed. I've also had strange issues with other electrical problems that I have had to pay for, because they claim its not their fault. I do not recommend you risk doing business with them, because the day they screw up is the day your years of loyalty goes out the window. They care more about their bottom line than they do about their customers. read more

We went in for some basic pre-trip checks and the ONE thing we wanted to get checked, the worker named Timothy did not do for us. We just wanted our alignment checked because our tire tread was uneven and he refused to check for it. He also complained that we hadn't gotten our tires rotated since we bought the tires in 2020 (we have, just not at that location so it's not in their records) and was grumpy when we asked him for a price quote of any work our car would need in the future, as if nobody as ever asked for a quote to compare prices with anyone else. read more

So I had a 4 inch lift installed, no diff drop nothing but spacers, it's pretty much a glorified level kit, anyways I have brought my truck maybe 13 times for suspension Checks, the angles are terrible on the cvs but they assured me it's fine, anyways I went to GCR tires had them go over my suspension and torqued everything down, and got a new alignment done. The gentlemen at GCR tires said I should have never bought this lift kit! They should have offered me a true lift, I need a new replacement ball joint Les schwab ordered one then dropped my truck off all day, they had the wrong size replacement so now they have to order a new replacement that is correct for the upper control arm. They open at 7:30am not what it says on their website, still showed up when they opened but have been waiting 3hrs now and they still haven't even looked at my car, this is my last time coming here; the manager is impatient and tries to answer the question he predicts you're asking rather than listen to the full question, this place is always-always-always slow no matter if you have an appt or show up before they open, and "no, I don't want you to sipe my tires!!" *Update* it's almost 11am, apparently I interrupted the manager's story, I wish you had better customer service. Martin seems to be standoffish, I try to defer a bad turn while he's speaking with me, even taking ownership of his misunderstanding when I asked him "hey! only curious, how far behind in line am I?" he asks me what that means, so I restate it, "am I in for a couple more hours wait?" I jokingly ask. He tries to belittle the fact I'm quietly waiting 3+ hours in the waiting room but he curtly asked me (whilst still holding my work order) "well do you have an appt or did you just walk in?" I answer everything all over again, I even ask him why is he being so aggressive when addressing me, in case he was offended) I would at least apologize but I'm met with a few moments of him glaring at me punctuated with a painful, "No! Lemme go check." It's employees like these that cause long standing businesses in the valley to fall to rougher times with new competition popping up each year. Once I'm finally done here (still waiting) not only am I not coming back, no one I know will be. Hopefully Martin has a better day after I leave. :( read more

Went in this morning for a simple wheel alignment for a Mercedes CLK.. They came back with a "diagnosis" for front control arms, bushing. Wheel bearing pack and two tires that did not match the two on the rear with an estimate of almost $1900! I called my regular mechanic, Coastal Import, in Norfolk, Virginia. I gave Curtis a run down and he said, "You are being hosed! Everything he is quoting is around $600 to $700 plus the price of the tires which I always buy from Tire Rack. Fair warning: BEWARE! Update, drove the car to Baton Rouge, LA, got a pair of Michelin's and took it to Germanwerks. The tech told me, "There isn't a damn thing wrong! Everything is brand new.!" Wound up going to a Mercedes of Baton Rouge, got the alignment I asked to be performed at Les Schwab in Wenawatchee, Washington for $174.50! The Mercedes dealer also verified there was NOTHING wrong with ANY of my suspension parts! Les Schwab Wenawatchee are a pack of thieves! This was viewed by a Mercedes dealer in Baton Rouge and he verified the complete front end was BRAND NEW and NOTHING need to replaced! When I was quoted a price for what was "needed" the Les Schwab price was OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS HIGHER THAN A MERCEDES DEALER! I took the Les Schwab estimate of repairs to Baton Rouge Mercedes Benz so we could compare "an apple to an apple. My own mechanic at home told me, "They are trying to get you sit on a big stick!" After talking with the General Manager, he gave me some double talk about the way they examined my car and told me, "Corporate is going to change the way dealers examine Mercedes-Benz products." Had a female co worker who knows little about cars go into this shop because she heard a small squeak in her brakes. She came away with a $1110 estimate to replace the front pad and to guarantee the pads, they had to replace the calipers. I did it for her. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Everyone that works at a les shwab is a freakin scam artist. I have heard horror stories about this place. I own a car that the previous owners to to them for their tires. The tires are custom and amazing but they come with a special piece to take out the very specific type of lug nut. They told us we had to drive there to see if they even had the tool (which I know they did because they worked on the car) and that even if they dis they would charge us for swapping OUR OWN tires. Not only that but the last time they worked on our breaks they screwed up something else because one of my tires only had one break pad and wpuld not even fit the other like the metal was warped. read more

I would say this location is okay at best. The techs were nice but there was an issue when I left my car overnight. I dropped my car off for new back brakes at 4pm on Thursday and they called to give me my quote that evening. I needed to call my father to get verify that the quote they gave me was a good price. He said it was and I called Les Schwab back 7 minutes later, exactly. I gave them the go ahead and they said I could just leave my car there and they would start first thing in the morning. I was waiting for most of the day on Friday and called them at 3 to see what was taking so long. The person I talked to had no idea that my car was there or that a work order had been put in. They got my car done at 6 that evening. When I went to pick it up I asked to talk to a manager to just figure out what had happened that they didn't know my car was there. He said that my keys had been left on the counter and because I didn't give consent to work on my car right away, the worker had forgotten to do my paperwork and get my keys hung up. My keys were on the counter for almost 24 hours before I called. I am very disappointed in this and am disappointed that it was made to seem like it was my fault. The only redeeming quality from my experience was that everyone I talked to was very nice. Overall I will not be going back to this location, but think that if you were to sit and wait for your car to be worked on you wouldn't have any problems. read more

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. To start, $200 is outrageous for the bottom of the line rotors they installed... Which by the way warped in less than 4 months. We waited almost two hours for them to tell us that they would not put the summer tires back on because one was bad. A service manager there flat out told me "We do not look for future things to service while servicing a vehicle." This statement is the exact opposite of what their business model is. On the first visit they had an additional $1200 of recommended repairs... I was not looking for a excuse, but a simple sorry we didn't notice one of your tires was bad when we pulled it off last fall. On the next visit they did swap out the rotors under warranty. What they did not do was check out a brake fluid leak that was communicated very clearly to them at the start of the visit. I had been satisfied with Les Schwab 10+ years ago, but recent events have left a taste in my mouth so bitter that I feel like vomiting every time I think about it. I will NEVER recommend Les Schwab as a automotive servicing business EVER because of how poorly this location operates. read more

The Manager Scott is Amazing! We had an issue with our vehicle not being fixed correctly by one of the employees at this location. We called the same day we picked it up and expressed our concerns to the man that answered the phone, that was very helpful as well. The first thing Monday morning when I arrived to ask to speak with the manager, he quickly introduced himself to me as Scott and listened to all my concerns and even got into my car to take a ride with me so he could hear what was wrong. Within 24 hours my car was fixed perfectly! I want to extend a very grateful thanks to Scott! You made our experience a great one and we will definitely be doing business with you again!! read more

Nothing like being on a tight schedule and having something go horribly wrong... these guys were on it from the time we called for advice whether to drive or not drive by describing the problem we were experiencing. Their suggestions were spot on and we got our truck to them and they were expeditious and knowledgeable about the problem. We arrived at 9:30am and were told our new set of tires would only take 30 minutes to install. An hour went by before one of the employees finally came out to tell us that they didn't even have our new tires in the building, and that they would have to send someone to get them from a remote warehouse 20 minutes away. We had already paid almost $500 and were given no option to cancel the transaction, nor were we asked if we even had time to wait. Another hour passed during which we missed a crucial fedex delivery and I had to reschedule an important doctor's appointment. The employee who finally rang us up gave us a small discount on the tires but not nearly enough to make up for the delay. Terrible experience, won't be going back. Don't waste your time! read more

On vacation in Leavenworth and got a nail in our tire. Brought tire in this morning at 1030 and was told an hour and a half MAX wait. Needless to say we are still sitting here wondering what in the hell is taking so long?!?! This is very disappointing to say the least, it's been almost 3 hours. I normally love Les Schwab and their service, and even switched at one point to another tire dealer only to come back to them. I've even enjoyed their commercials where they talk about going the extra mile for their customers. But the past two experiences at LS have been less than great. The second to last time I went in and had tie rods done on my van because of a balding front tire, they did the work on the tie rod but completely forgot to do the tire. In the process of fixing the tire they smashed one of my hub cap covers, which they did replace, but then in fell off as I was leaving the parking lot. Frustrating. One of the workers did come to put it back on but it promptly fell off again. The latest adventure was more frustrating. I was having battery troubles and brought my car to the local LS. I also had my two young kids in tow. When the service tech came to me with a price that I thought was high for a battery I politely declined. When I usually visit LS they bring my car to me, or as near as possible, when they're done. Today, in an almost completely empty lot, the tech parked the car just about in the last spot in the parking lot, causing my kids and I to walk all the way to the other end of the hot parking lot, dodging cars, passing MANY open spots, to get to our car. They probably have some protocol for where they park cars but my impression was, "You don't want to buy our battery, that's where our friendly service ends." It may seem petty but when you're stressed with your kids frustrated about having to be out and about running errands, and you come to LS to get good service, it's frustrating to get a metaphorical flat tire. read more

This is the most honest place to have an alignment we were going through tires, so we took our truck to Oliver.Ended up we needed three tie rodsreplaced. We had previously taken our car to Oliver and he checked it out at no charge and told us everything was fine, the other dealership said we needed a front end alignment and new brakes. The people at this Les Schwab are great. I took my car in to have the tires re-balanced, a free service with their tire warranty. My ignition lock would stick and be very difficult to unlock, so I advised them not to lock the ignition. Unfortunately, the ignition did get locked, but you can't expect people to know exactly how to treat your tricky car. They were incredibly helpful in trying to help me get it unlocked and when we couldn't, Audra drove me to Keyhole Security across town to get a new key coded. She even drove me home afterward as the key wouldn't be ready until the next day. These people could have been irritated with me for taking up their time and one of their work bays for a day, but they were nothing but nice, helpful, and apologetic about my situation including their role in locking the ignition. read more

This place is fantastic. We stopped to check pressure on a dually that we recently purchased because the hubcaps hid and buried the nozzles. The guy who helped us jumped right in, found them, inflated the tires, and gave us recommendations on a few parts that will make it easier in the future. Nice guy and shop!! Oh!! Took my car in to have a couple leaks on my tire fixed. After waiting an hour, even in slow season, he came out and told me he took a nail out but probably created another leak. I had assumed it was fixed, but this morning the tire is completely flat. Why didn't they fix the tire right in the first place? But he was to busy trying to sell me tires and wheels. First of all let me start off by saying that this is the very best place to take your car to be serviced. They have competent mechanics, and the manager Mike McCarty delivers excellent customer service. I took my car to get an alignment and my tie rod sleeve repaired, because it was bent. After I left I noticed that my car was making a squeaky sound while turning the wheel. I called them up and explain to them that it wasn't making the sound prior to going into them. Not only did he pick my car up, but he also filled up my tank, because I was on empty. But he was competent enough to know that it was my ball joints that needed to be greased. This had nothing to do with the work that they did this is just notorious for Ford cars to have dry ball joints. He greased them for me which took away the squeak, and brought back my car. I will forever take my cars to Les Schwab . They went up and above to exceed my expectations as far as customer service goes. Thank you Mike for taking the time out of your day to make mine better. Wow! I have been to multiple automotive places including Anglers, Global Auto Care in this Valley and every single one of them besides Les Schwab has made me feel like an idiot, and ripped me off.
