Let me just start out by saying that my fiancée and I are possibly the worst models ever. We were so awkward during the entire shoot. But Jonelle told us what to do, where to stand, and she knew the location like the back of her hand! The photos look amazing and totally candid and natural. We couldn't be happier with the way that they turned out. My favorite photo is the Shaka picture (attached), which she suggested. It's our favorite picture and it's definitely getting framed and hung up in our house! She sent me about 5 sneak peak photos that night so that I could make an engagement announcement on social media, and she sent the final gallery only a few short days later. The communication was also excellent--they responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. When I received my photos, I wasn't completely happy with all of them. Some of the angles were a little awkward, and I felt several photos needed additional retouching. I reached out to them, and they were very responsive. They happily retouched the photos I requested and even upgraded my photo package, which I really appreciated. Their willingness to make things right showed that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While I'd rate the photos themselves around 4 stars, I'd give their customer service 4.5 to 5 stars. Because they listened to my feedback, responded promptly, and worked with me to improve the final product, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly photography experience in Maui.
