This resulted in low water condition which melted the pump impeller. My pool guy replaced the melted parts out of his own pocket when I believe Leslie pool should have done it. In addition this new filter should have been replaced by now. Leslie pool gives lip service but no answer as to when I'll get a new filter. They should install a new filter and pay for the sand to put in it. The question is what could we improve. Do your job! Get me another New filter and install it.

Still no working cleaner, pump is out on the cleaner, my pool lights don't work they were supposed to be in conduit, they are not. I have had 2 leaks on the pool plumbing, I had to dig them up and then pay them to come and fix. Oh by the way the pool is only 3 years old. Horrible service, promise after promise, then excuses and then just non-responsive. I have never sued anyone in my life. But at 51 years old I am considering it. This is the 3rd pool I have owned and this pool has by far been the worst experience I have had to date. Very frustrated, I would never and could never in good conscience recommend this company for Pools, Patio's or Spas.

The tech that came out was not able to figure out the angle on the pipe that he was replacing and ended up using a putty which I agreed to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My reason for my review not being a five is that the quote was nearly fifty percent more than anticipated for a simple pvc pipe repair and o ring replacement. I tried to speak to the company and they were not willing to come any closer to their original quote. Beware of the price you are quoted as it may end up much higher than expected.

Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

He earned our trust and delivered on it 100%, including being responsive over text as I got the whole thing installed and set up. Service that really went above and beyond. The only thing I would add to the Big Star business model: a subscription plan to get the chemicals delivered automatically. About 3 1/2 years later (still under warranty), it developed what was initially a relatively minor leak. That was the beginning of what has now become a six-month ordeal. Since February, I've endured multiple paid service visits, repeated repair attempts, months of downtime, and countless emails and phone calls coordinating repairs with both Big Star Backyards and Wellis. Despite all of that, the leak has progressively worsened rather than improved. The most frustrating part is that what began as a slow leak has now become a spa that can lose nearly all of its water within approximately 24 hours after being refilled. Throughout this process, I've done everything asked of me. I've coordinated appointments, rearranged travel, filled the spa when requested, taken videos documenting the leaks for the technician, and remained patient while waiting weeks for parts to arrive. Unfortunately, despite all of those efforts, I still do not have a functioning hot tub. Rather than taking ownership of why repeated repairs have failed, the conversation has increasingly shifted toward my water chemistry--even though the spa is still under warranty, the water was balanced immediately after repairs, there were no guests using the spa, and it leaked nearly empty immediately after being refilled.
