With that being said, the building process was not pleasant. They far exceeded the agreed upon completion date. Said it would take 2 months. Ended up taking 5 months. I also had to follow up and stay on their ass every step of the way. I constantly had to go around the Foreman, who didn't return calls, communicated poorly and didn't follow through, and call the owner just to get sub contractors scheduled and progress made. First They kept blaming the city permitting department. After waiting a month after they dug the hole, I finally called the city myself and found they never submitted a permit. They owned that mistake and promised improvement. After that they would do a days worth of work, leave for 3 weeks, I would call and complain nothing was being done, they would show up do 2 days worth of work, then leave for another couple weeks etc.. I understand that we were at the mercy of subcontractors. But not even scheduling and leaving your customer high and dry is unacceptable. I had higher expectations for their customer service and logistics. Also, there was no follow up after construction. Not even Just a "Hey how's that pool doing?" Pros: Great Pool, Great work, Good Subcontractors. Cons: Poor communication, poor scheduling/logisitcs. I hope they see this as constructive and made some minor improvements since. In the end, we love our pool.

Paradise dialed it in for my family. Getting started was easy, getting down to details and concept was smooth, and the roll out was likewise lengthy but worth it. Equipment has all the bells and whistling we need to be happy all summer long. All their staff were top notch and helpful, we are very pleased with our pool!

Our previous pool guy was constantly shocking it, constantly working on the yellow algae, and it was always a light tinge of green. It looked like our skimmer never really worked but I'd finally been fed up with it long enough as of about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I knew it couldn't be our pump as the problem for that amount of time because when we moved in about 3 years ago it was almost a brand new pump, top of the line. I fired the old guy and gave Pool Perfection a call. Joel answered on the second ring, spoke perfect English, was able to give me a quote over the phone in about 30 seconds (as opposed to the other guys who wanted to schedule an appointment to come out and see the pool....taking up tons of time) and was able to get the pool sparkling clear blue in about 2 weeks. The first week he tested the filter and water and did a couple things to it. When he came back for the second visit, 1 week later it wasn't sparkling blue already which isn't what he was expecting. He took time to look through the filter and realized the old guy had set a setting to where it'd turn off after about a day, and it'd have my water just sit for the other 6 days of the week. It was deep in the settings. He had the expertise to find this problem and fix it there on the spot. By the end of the second week my pool was clearer and bluer and more inviting than I'd ever seen it ... EVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pool Perfection to anyone who's having current issues with their pool or pool service. They're reliable and actually know what they're doing. Their pricing is also right in line with everyone else, giving them top-notch value. My husband and I are SO THANKFUL to Pool Perfection!

My daughter moved into a higher level and was about to be in the same level as her older brother. She is small for her age, but really enjoyed swimming. Great, we were able to schedule them together. We had a coach that my kids had before, no problem. Then it switched to summer schedule, again didn't think it would be an issue. My daughter was struggling a bit, and I felt the coach was a bit less attentive to my daughter struggling. I thought it would be a lot for her and noticed she was struggling but didn't say much to prevent discouraging her from continuing. Then the next week came and my daughter didn't want to attend. I told her I would ask if she can go to the level before and she said she could do it. We brought our concerns to the front desk, she assured us the coach was a good coach and she would ask the coach to bring in a step to help my daughter not tire out. Well, the front desk talked to the coach and nothing changed. I didn't say anything because i thought I had already addressed the issue and they were going to accommodate my daughter. Well from then on, my daughter refused to go. My son, who was in the same class said he didn't like going anymore. So as a family, we decided to just cancel. When we talked to the front desk, again, no kind of apology or asking how to make it right. I'm so disappointed because my kids always looked forward to attending.

My pool has been crystal clear and problem-free for the last four years, thanks to them! ‍ The owner, Charles, is one of the most friendly, loving, and caring people you'll meet. You can truly tell he cares about his employees and the shop--it has a great energy and welcoming vibe. They're even expanding, which is so exciting to see! Honestly, I would choose this place over Leslie's any day. They're not as busy, and once you get the hang of it, it's super easy to test and treat your pool. They'll walk you through it all! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great service and a pool that stays in top shape all year long! Five stars all the way!

    1st Customer Service, Availability, Completion, Communication, Charles Higgins took the order from…read moreCHW CHOICE HOME WARRANTY came on Wednesday June 24th and left, no communication pool wasn't repaired fully . CHW INFORMED ME That POOLSIDE POOL SUPPLY Charles Higgins had submitted additional work and the dollar amount was in question for the repairs however, on that same day, Charles emailed that the work had been completed? CHW Informed me that on Saturday June 27, that Charles Higgins the owner had received the authorization and he completed the work on that day, Not True, and I was still awaiting a reply because he was not available till the following week so that was untrue. I also emailed Kaylee to send me a receipt for the cash payment of $100.00 given to Charles on that Wednesday June 24, 2026 which I shouldn't have to request it They should've just sent it immediately receiving the cash or paper receipt The leaking had worsen. Charles the owner and is always the tech himself was booked had he could not return until the following week which was 29th Charles came by I guess the gate was unlocked as camera showed him taking photographs the equipment stating that he had done the repairs which is untrue maybe 10 mins if that taking his photos. So we had already hired a professional POOL SERVICE Co. to come out and repair it as we were not going to have all that leaking going on all weekend including the two additional days during the week. We should've been a *Priority as this should not have been leaking period!! Whether he moved cut shifted reset etc. pvc piping I don't know, however, Charles's caused it. He now claims he never touched it. It was not about money. It was about the customer service and the repair that was needed. I don't know if CHW paid Charles twice double or just extra additional work Charles knows exactly what he Submitted that he claimed. I don't know that's between them however, this is what actually happened. I do recall reading negative feedback here as well with this PoolSide Pool Supply Service with Charles Higgins. Mistake Should have told CHW to send another vendor.
