In addition to this, Jay was extremely knowledgeable in pool vacuums and most especially on the Maytronics high-end M600 pool robot (I heavily researched for a while prior to purchasing this product), and as I asked him to explain the product to me and how it compares to others, he was on point giving me details on different products and their uses. I can tell you, Jay knew a lot about all of his products, not just Maytronics. Once done, Jay asked me what I was looking for in a a pool vacuum/robot and what was most important to me in a pool vacuum or robot and as I gave him my response, he highly recommended the M600 for what I was looking for in a pool floor and wall cleaner. Low and behold, I purchased the M600 and made sure the chemicals in my pool were IDEAL before putting it into my pool and I was able to get my M600 in the pool to work and it does exactly what it is supposed to do! I wanted to make sure how much it was going to actually cost me, so I made sure that they knew WHAT I HAD IN SUPPLIES including the fact that I had three bags of salt and I wanted them to be used so that I would NOT HAVE to pay their price for the salt needed for my pool. I knew I would need two additional bags but that was it. Well it DID NOT GET USED even though it was NOTED on my file. Then I also knew I needed to replace the filters and would do so at the same time as when getting my pool drained and refilled. The tech was already here, it's not like he had to do an extra trip or anything. I had called and spoken to Shawn over the phone because I received a text letting me know the filters were on sale with a 15% discount and I wanted to make sure the discount was applied to my invoice. He said that yes it was going to be applied on the final bill. Except Shawn failed to mention the FACT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $140 additional for putting the filters in. But the worst part was when I went in person to find out why my bill was so high. Of course being the honest person that I am I HAD ALREADY PAID THE INVOICE. Because both the young guy with the beard can't remember his name and a lady with short curly hair ( also don't know her name) were very rude. Even though I was not talking to her in regards to my situation she decided to butt in and tell me that "was I thinking I was going to get things for free?" All I wanted was to buy the batteries and leave because I've changed them before but they insisted. First time they installed them backwards so I walked out to the car and walked back in. Then a second guy got involved and he said he's pretty sure there's a piece of paper that went between the batteries since they stack but that made ZERO sense to me! Anyway, they finally got it all back together and we went out and checked and sure enough the fob was good. Now don't take this all the wrong way because they were ALL super friendly and were all really trying to help! I wasn't mad or anything, they were all fun to watch and I enjoyed my visit! Plus the batteries were priced really good AND they installed them after all, that along with the show made it a good time. In addition they had the puffed nuggets with caramel that I used to get at Rock Springs and that made for a perfect day!
