DJ initially kept me updated with this backordered part. Three weeks later DJ texted me saying the part would be in on Wednesday and he would be out to finish the repair on Saturday. I never heard from DJ again, completely ghosted me. I called another spa service and they came out the next day (a Thursday), diagnosed the leak (DJ's diagnosis was WRONG) and returned the following Monday and completed the repair. Would have done it on initial diagnosis, but had to get part from shop. For 3 weeks, I had a spa that was partially torn apart (I allowed this because DJ was going to return to complete repair in one week) and then wasn't even given the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I stayed home all day on the Saturday, but DJ never showed, called, or sent me a text. What I find weird is that all of our correspondence was cordial, so I'm not sure why I was just ghosted.
