After getting bored of her grazing my back with the strength of a 5 year old I asked her to focus on my fore arms instead (since i ride a motorcycle; my low back and forearms get sore).... This is where she got rude; before I could finish my sentence she started talking VERY loudly at me in broken English as to why she doesn't like to use her arms/elbows (I think she got triggered at me explaining to her how to apply proper pressure before), I kept trying to explain to her that I wanted my arms massaged and again she kept insisting "no" to my request without listening to what I was trying to tell her. After much ado she understood what I meant. But why are you refusing to listen to a customer explain to you what they want? Spoiler alert, she sucked at massaging my arms too. Most places you can't just walk in and get immediate service yet service unless they are not busy which usually means they're not a very good salon. This was my 1st visit to Angela and she blew me away. Most places make me sit there with my nails soaking in acetone for 30 minutes or more but Angela did not. She used the Dremel to remove most of the old powdered dip and then had a small bowl for my nails to soak in so my entire hand wasn't swimming in acetone! My skin is so sensitive and I can't take the long soaks so I am so very happy I found Angela! I showed her a picture on Pinterest of a cat design that I liked and she did it with no issue! I can't wait to go back to her in a few days for a pedicure. I wish I had time to do both today but looking forward to seeing her again so soon!

I knew in advance that Jaclyn was a great nail artist but I was BLOWN away with this set. My mom was excited to come along & unexpectedly added on a dip powder manicure & an eyebrow wax & they accommodated her without hesitations. Jaclyn and I shared my inspo pictures through Instagram & she delivered 10x! If you can't tell they're the Pokemon Ditto & Ditto Pikachu. The most adorable set I've ever had! The design feels incredibly durable since it was made with UV resin! Jaclyn said her set lasted a month & although she had some chips it still looked phenomenal. I'm incredibly happy. She asked me what shape I wanted I told her square. Now the issue I had with my nails some were chipped and the lengths were not even. She expressed to me she can work with what I had but I asked her to please file the nails to the same size. She was patient and she worked amazingly! She did exactly what I wanted.
