The entire project was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Throughout the project, Doreen was very responsive and communicative, ensuring that I was kept up-to-date every step of the way. Their customer service was truly impressive, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Their team (Alex, Goose and the rest of the guys) were also incredibly friendly, courteous, and respectful, making the entire experience a pleasure from start to finish. I have been using Megatom Pools for the past 3 years and the service is great. I was using a pool company in East Moriches and each week I would have to purchase hundreds of dollars of chemical. Since using Megatom, I get my water tested twice once when it's opened, then I purchase the chemicals needed to stabilized the water. Then add chorine when needed. The quality of the products are also good. I have highly recommend their service because they are so honest, to several people and everyone has thanked me. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and if there are any issues, they would rather ask the owner then send you off with what you don't need. read more

My pool was literally green when I came home from vacation. We couldn't get it clear so my brother suggested Megatom because they open his pool. I was not to thrilled about going that far but I was out of ideas and so I took my water there and a young lady helped me. I had a lot of questions because my fiancé usually takes care of the pool but was at work. She answered all of them and 2 days later my pool was clear. She wrote everything down for me too. Stopped into this store on the way to the outlets to get some closing stuff for my above ground pool! The girls were incredibly nice and very knowledgeable! The owner Doreen even came out to give additional advise and help! The store was clean, neat and organized and the prices were very reasonable considering they are so close to the Hamtons! I live in Bohemia but I absolutely wouldn't mind taking the trip because they made me feel just as important with my little above ground as if I had a huge unground pool!!! read more

Megatom pools did an amazing job on my Gunite pool restoration. After a few horror experiences with other pool companies, I finally found a winner! They repaired the leak, new tile and marble dust. Had a friend that bought a pool heater from someone else and the heater failed after the warranty was up. Doreen not only made some calls to the heater manufacturer she got all the parts for free. I had to get all new lines for my pool. They had to dig a trench with plants in the way and take some bricks up in order to do this. I was a bit nervous when they started. When all was done, you couldn't notice that they were there. I also had them install a new liner. Again, the crew they had did a professional job. Very neat and clean!!!
