It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us. I would recommend Paradise if anyone is looking to buy a hot tub. Great job Ray and Staff!

I took pump back to Leslie's, and I believe I spoke to the store manager, Donald. He was nice and apologized. He got a screw driver took the base off and thought he saw what the problem was, but wasn't absolutely sure. Either way, since it had been less than a week since I bought it, he said he'd get one from another store and let me trade out. He said it would be a few days and he'd call me. It's been several weeks now. I've called the store on numerous occasions and asked to speak with the manager. They always say he's out. I leave messages, but he never returns my calls. The last time I called they said he'd be in today, so today I called and again they say he's out. I ask if he'll be in later and they say they didn't think so. I inform them that I was told Saturday that he'd be in on Monday. The guy on the phone said Donald was working at the Winston Salem location today. So, I called the Winston Salem location and the phone just rang and rang until it timed out. So, I called a second time and the same thing happened. I thought perhaps the number online was incorrect, so I called the Kernersville location back and they confirmed I had the right number. They said, "Maybe they're just busy?" I'm not sure if they're busy, but at this point I know they're incompetent! I hate writing negative reviews, but perhaps someone within Leslie's will see this and take some corrective actions to avoid the lack of follow through and the apparent inabilities they have to answer their phones, so other customers in the future don't have to go through the runaround that I'm having to endure
