They only told me that they were not able to fit all of my belongings in their trailer and van until after they have unloaded everything. After they have unloaded everything, they told me that they will come back the following Monday with the remaining load. They never went back on Monday. I called Rob several times and I texted him. He never responded. He just disappeared. Be careful when hiring this company. Don't let Rob sweet talk you into hiring him. These guys did a decent job, and I found them via Yelp services. Still waiting on a finalized invoice from the owner. I paid $595 for 4.5 hours for a two person team to move 5 miles. I thought the move would go much faster given my lack of large items- only a TV, loveseat, dining table, PC table, and queen bed. The two person team took special care to wrap everything important which I appreciated. They were also very friendly. However, things were slow at times and I probably moved 1/3 of the items by myself. There is a fuel surcharge as well (standard for all movers these days) yet I'm actually unsure of that amount or if I was charged the cash or CC price- I paid via Zelle. Definitely shop around for movers. Less Stress was decent, but I wish they would be more transparent on price and speed things up a bit. read more

So odd to see all these great reviews and in turn give them one star. And that's because i have to put a star on. Unfortunately my experience I had had horrible horrible communication between myself, Rob and the movers on the day of the move. On the day of my move i expected movers to be at my home at 10am to begin. After repeatedly calling, texting and emailing Rob I began repeatedly calling the main office looking to see what time the movers are coming since according to my watch they are 20mins behind schedule. On the phone it was discussed 10am to 12pm but the error on was the movers misreading my message as come whenever you want as long as its between 10am to 12pm. Movers finally came around 11:15am and still no word or call from anyone prior. aside from the miscommunication on time the two movers were extremely unprofessional right off the bat had condicending attitudes as to it was my fault i wasnt clear on the time. I don't work for a moving company so why is it my sole fault. I over the phone said syart at 10am!!!! After going back and forth it just made me even more upset so I told them their services were no longer needed. Once the movers finished yelling and screaming profanity and drove away Rob FINALLY reached out. Miscommunication is one thing but unprofessional movers who were condescending right off the bat and are okay yelling out porfanity because there services were no longer needed is not okay. My neighbors and landlord heard everything. Extremely beyond unprofessional. I'm sure if I was a man or there was a man around they wouldn't have done that! Will not recommend to anyone. read more

Since my previous review, I have used LSM's services twice. Once for moving across Los Angeles, and another for moving furniture from a store. Nothing was damaged or missing, and they managed to handle very large items with ease that I had otherwise expected to be challenging. His crew skipped lunch in order to save on time and money, and they took every opportunity to go the extra mile and help out. Throughout the entire process before and doing the move, Rob was easily accessibly and attentive. Shortly after my relocation I had purchased some large furniture from an outlet. They gave me 72 hours to move everything across town. Everyone had warned me that it would be difficult to find someone available to deliver these items on such short notice, especially considering their size. I called up Rob, and he went above and beyond to help me out, getting a couple of his guys to deliver across town after-hours ON A FRIDAY. These guys don't stop until the job is done, will work with you to fit your needs, and greatly respect customer royalty. We had moved everything out of our 1 bedroom upstairs apartment except for the queen storage bed frame which we were trying to sell. However, we didn't get any offers from the online postings. On the morning of Saturday May 29,2021 my husband and I found and rented a small storage unit down the street and all we needed is help moving the bed frame into it. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Rob was quick to respond, gave me all the information and even checked in the night before to confirm everything! There was a change in the price a couple of times (was initially $95/hr and we checked out it was $100/hr so that was an extra $10 for the 2 hours we needed) and the guys arrived at 2pm when we scheduled the move for 12:30pm but traffic and other things can't be helped and it wasn't a big deal as we had a small space and wouldn't need help for too long! Of course, they charged us beginning at 1:30pm but got here closer to 1:45 and dealt with the parking situation for 15mins (another $50 we didn't anticipate). But otherwise, they were quick, nice, masked up with COVID precautions, etc. so honestly, we didn't mind getting a little messed with on the money side. I have never written a review before, but I find it necessary to relate our disastrous experience with this company, which had been recommended by our realtor. Rob was ok to deal with, although I never met him. The crew he sent out had a couple of experienced men, but there seemed to be some rookies as well. We were moving 2 houses down, so we stored the furniture in the garage of the new house, which was being remodeled. The crew didn't have enough boxes so I had to make a couple of trips to Home Depot to purchase additional ones. When the same crew returned to move the furniture into the house we discovered the shabby packing job they had done. To save packing material they used our linen and towels in many boxes. Picture frames/glass were broken, there were boxes of broken pottery with no packing, and to top it all off, our $10,000 antique Persian rug had been improperly wrapped and was irreparably damaged. When I reported the damage to our realtor and Rob we received no response from Rob. Even our realtor didn't get a response when they tried to intervene. I sent pictures to both the realtor and Rob and he still didn't respond. This move happened over a year ago and it is apparent that it will never get resolved. If I could give negative 5 stars I definitely would ! I have debated on even posting this review but I feel it is necessary to share my experience to hopefully prevent someone else from experiencing the same thing. This place is total bs, they are unreliable and unprofessional and made my moving experience a nightmare. For starters , when I initially contacted rob about my move I set it up a week in advance scheduled for 6/30/21 at 10 am. I decided to call a couple days before just to make sure everything was in order for the set date; when speaking to rob he claims that he mistook me for another customer with the same name and got the dates and times mixed up and he would now have to push my time slot to 2-4pm. I let him know how much of an inconvenience it was for me considering that is the only day that I had available to get all my family belongings out of my apt and also considering now since it is gonna be later in the day I would be dealing with the double drive time fees associated w. Traffic; not to mention the fact that it was a screw up on HIS END. So Rob agreed to waive the double drive time fees and I was not the happiest but I was ok because I just wanted to make sure I would be able to have my things moved out. Fast forward to the day of the move 6/30/21, literally 15-20 mins before 4pm(which was the latest arrival time) rob calls me and says that they would not be able to service me until 4:30-5pm. At this point I am panicking because my leasing office was set to close at 6 PM and I knew that this was cutting it very close so I voiced my frustrations to him he was unhelpful and basically said there's nothing they can do so even though I was frustrated I still was going to go ahead with the move since I needed my stuff out. 4:30 comes around and he has what he said was his driver call me and tell me that he is stuck in traffic coming from DTLA. (Mind you I was living in Tustin which is a good hour and a half maybe even more depending on traffic). The driver was very rude and kept claiming that he had no ETA for me and it was up to me to either wait or not either way it made no difference to him but to just let him no before he drives way to Tustin. At this point I am overly pissed and frustrated! I then try calling rob, he's now ignoring and sending my calls to voice mail. At this point me and my bf start looking for other options , we were luckily able to book a last minute U-Haul and find some unprofessional movers in front of Home Depot who were able to help us move out before our deadline at 6pm. At 6:30 the driver calls me and says he is almost there, I just hung up in his face. Then rob all of a sudden calls me saying his driver is saying he's almost there, I hung up in his face also. They are useless and have no sense of consideration for your time or money , they will get to you whenever they feel like it no matter if yu have a set time or not. Rob you're an asshole for the way you handled my situation and With this continued unprofessionalism and lack of work etch your business will not go very far, I hope you never treat anyone else who is trying to support YOUR business this way again and learn to DO BETTER. read more
