This was a few months ago, there wasn't much open nearby us about 8: 30 on a Friday night back in May 2024 ..only the fryer was available so limited menu . The karaoke music was extremely loud so conversation could not take place comfortably. We are willing to try it again. We're willing to try it again and see what happens. read more

This place is terrible. They have to buy their ice because their machine broke months ago. Their food is never the same as it was before. You have to gamble with what you order. Their service is ok. It's not anything special. Some days they are fully staffed some days they have one bartender and that bartender has to be the waitress too. We were part of a large family reunion that descended on Letchworth Pines last Saturday night. All 30 of us had a great, great time. The food was delicious. I'm so glad this place hasn't changed since I was a kid. Same friendly faces, same friendly servers. The hot spot for locals for sure. Very friendly inviting atmosphere with a" down in the sticks" feel. Prices like always are very affordable and worth every penny. Mixed drinks aren't that bad and beer is normal price. Food is like any other bar, but packs in a lot of flavor and made fresh to order. Group of us decided to go glow bowling. By far one of the best nights I've had in awhile. 10$ gets you 2 hours of glow bowling. Includes shoes and you can pick out your ball. Shout out to the guy that worked the bowling side on Saturday for giving me free drinks! He didnt know how to make a screw driver so I received a double jack and coke with no charge apparently cause he never took my money and walked away. Been a Regular here for years. Have watched as the service gets worse and worse. I go here to support local businesses, but no more. Waited over an hour for a simple food order. Pizza, wings and drinks were ordered at this spot that looked like a place you might just pass by. But, don't drive by!!! Go inside! The pizza was delicious, wings were good and service was excellent. The waitress was also tending bar and did an incredible job considering g they were short staffed. Stopped in for dinner tonight after visiting Letchworth State Park. Not being from the area, my fiancé and I asked 2 locals where a good place to eat was and both recommended "The Pines." Weren't expecting such a prominent bar atmosphere, but the burgers we ordered were really good and the price was reasonable. Would stop in again next visit to the area. read more

Really nice restaurant, bar and gaming hall. The service was very friendly, the food was very good and I enjoyed the great prices. The gaming room is an arcade and bowling lanes. Great place for families and fun. It's just down the road from the entrance to Letchworth State Park. read more

Anyone that gives the Pines a bad review has only been there once or is an outsider. Yes there are long wait times on busy nights but the food is worth it. Wing night is awesome, but call ahead and it will be ready by the time you get there or within ten minutes usually. Chuck is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and is always there. The pizza is also awesome and the battered fries. It is a very laid back bar, don't expect a five star dining experience. read more

We went in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. There were 2 other tables, a few people at the bar. We stood at the door for a while, didn't see anyone. Sat down at a table...didn't see anyone. There was a family next to us that had menus so I assumed someone would eventually get to us. Finally the guy at the bar said he would send "her" out. The waitress came out with the drinks for the family next to us. She took their orders, took their menus and walked away back in to the kitchen. Didn't look at us, didn't say "I'll be right with you", didn't say anything. She could have even handed us the menus that she had in her hand but nothing. We left. We are very patient and understand if you only have 1 person waiting tables but she didn't even say a word to us. Very strange. All we were doing was trying to give them business. read more
