We were not pleased with our meal, at all. We arrived at noon on the 23rd and we were The second of two tables seated. The server was great and came over quickly for our order. We then waited nearly 35 minutes for our sandwiches to arrive. My wife had a grilled cheese with bacon and onions while I had a Reuben. Everything was overcooked. The meat on the Ruben was cooked before putting it onto the sandwich. Meaning: it was crispy and overly chewy. Not what one would expect from a Reuben sandwich. The bread was burned and too crispy. Both of our orders of french fries where are extremely greasy and we only had a few. Hopefully this was all because it was off-season, but they most certainly were open for business and have specials listed for tonight's dinner.

I have been wanting to come here for a while. We went at kind of an off time so it wasn't very busy, which I liked. The inside of it is really nice and the woman working was great. We ordered different cocktails, which were all great. I had the orange crush and my dinner was the pork chop. Everything was delicious. I am looking forward to coming back here, especially for their brunch.

Our server was incredible. We absolutely loved her! We had hiked all day and asked to be seated somewhere semi private as we were not dressed in dining room attire and looked a little rough. She found us the perfect spot, brought us extra water (without asking), made the most delicious (and pretty) drinks, and was super attentive. We ordered the lobster Mac 'n cheese soup. Do yourself a favor and order 10 - one of the best things we've ever had. We also ordered the lunch specials of some kind of sausage sandwich. So much food that we only ate the inside and not the bread. Fries were perfect! Will definitely come back if we're in the area again!

We stayed at Letchworth Farm for two nights in July, and the owners recommended The Whistling Farmer Pub as a place to dine. The restaurant had just hired a new chef and expanded the menu. We were not disappointed! We ate there two nights in a row. Over both nights, I had the Poutine, the Mushroom French Dip, and the Pork Chop. They were all amazing! This is a local farm-fresh gastropub, so all the meats and produce are sourced locally. I bet you can imagine then how delicious everything tastes, especially the meat. If you're in the Letchworth area, definitely stop here!

The menu was small but they make up for it with the quality and taste. The food was absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We will absolutely be going back!

Amazing food and service. We're visiting the area and just stopped by. We're a family of 4. Everything we ordered was delicious. The cranberry margarita was so good. The stars were the chicken wings with homemade blue cheese dressing, the braised short rib, and the Mac and cheese.

The best option in Nunda, NY!! We stopped in for a dinner as a group on a Friday night and were quickly seated. It is very spacious both inside and outside and has cute decor and background to the building. The owner is super friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. The pina colada beer was a unique twist. They had cider-fried options instead of your normal beer-fried and it was actually really good! We got a variety of the blackened chicken, buffalo chicken salad, and fried fish. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were to die for. Definitely recommend! The service was extremely friendly as well.

Yum!!!!! Stopped in for a quick lunch and beer after hiking at Letchworth.... I called to see if they were open and because of the very personable and hilarious girl on the other side of the line I decided to stop by... it was a great decision!! The food looked awesome! They had sooo many specials I had a hard time deciding what to get! I sat outside with a beautiful view of the rolling hills ...cold and local beer on draft too... I would recommend to anyone in the area!

My French onion soup was not warm and the melted cheese was solidified. We tried to move forward except for our blonde server girl- obviously not wanting to be there and bordering on rude ( even though we were her only customers at the time). Example- my friend asked for a side plate to help cut up the large salad piece- delivered after 10 minutes wait...banged on the tabletop. I didn't dare mention my soup was cold! That killed any ambiance- only 3 tables filled but the wait staff wanted to set up outside rather than be bothered with us. Our first visit of the year... probably our last!

I know for lunch you don't want long wait times. Our server was so great. She was very nice, attentive and friendly. Been here and the Lewiston location and always had good food. Still the same. Our food was delicious. Very nice portion sizes as well. We started off with the burnt ends.. YUM. The smoke flavor definitely came through and it came with some pickleld veggies and cucumbers, it was fresh and tasty. I went with the crab and corn chowder with the bourbon jam burger and fries. Also at the table was a basket of fried shrimp, and the chicken waffles. First let me say their seasoned fries are absolutely amazing. Fried perfect and when they call them seasoned, that they are in a great way! My crab and corn chowder was tasty. I could used bit more crab but that didn't take away from it tasting good. My burger was cooked as I liked. I wish the bacon jam to blue cheese ratio were a bit better. I had way more blue cheese than bacon jam so it was a bit over powering to where I couldn't even taste the bacon jam..but again the flavor and cook was great. I didn't taste the other food items but they looked great and who did eat them said they were good

The hostess ignored us and went straight to the people that just walked in after us (it was obvious we got there first)- then she didn't even address us or greet us... so we picked out a seat and then menus were brought to us. The guy behind the counter came to get our order- he seemed kind of standoffish. I noticed we also got a different presentation of food with chips in a paper bag rather than plated with our food like the others? The food seemed to be good but honestly was overshadowed by the uncomfortable feeling we were being treated differently? We were the only people of color during that time- and all of us felt like that could've been a factor... Otherwise, I try to stay impartial- so the vibe was cute and the food was good- but the experience was not comfortable

Pretty easy to find, you can't miss the rustic looking exterior with the blind pig in huge letters on top. There's a decent amount of parking, but I'll bet when this place gets busy it's tougher to find a spot. When you walk inside, the interior is very well kept and has a rustic bar-like feel to it, plenty of bar and high top seating as well as booths. I decided to order an iced tea. Something I've noticed about Canada, iced tea is usually a sweetened drink. Not like iced tea you get in the states. So just be aware of that if you're looking to get some iced tea. Regardless, it was very tasty and hit the spot perfectly. One thing I like about this place is they have a bunch of different specials throughout the week, the day I went the special was the brisket sandwich and side salad for $13.99 Canadian. I upgraded to the Caesar salad, and also ordered a side of KFC, or Korean fried Chicken for those of you in the know. Let me tell you something about that. KFC, absolutely delicious! How can you go wrong with fried chicken thighs with Korean BBQ sauce? You can't, that's what I'm telling you! The brisket sandwich was really really good, albeit just a tad dry. But I'm not deducting any points for that. It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Service was great, friendly staff, and everything came out as expected. Bottom line? I will definitely be back for that brisket sandwich. They also had some other specials so I guess I'm going to need to spend an entire week here and just eat my life away at the blind pig.

Never got checked on after the meal was served or asked if we wanted more drink. Cute and clean ambiance inside with beautiful tables and decor. Food: My brother and I split a brisket meal that came with 2 sides of which we chose hand cut fries and jalapeño coleslaw. It also came with a small cornbread. The brisket was ok but had a lot of hard pieces on it especially the ends. The fries were good. The coleslaw was okay but I wasn't a fan of the jalapeño flavor. The cornbread was dry. My mom ordered a special of the day, a grilled turkey, basil and blueberry sandwich. It sounded good in theory but it had too much sweet blueberry topping and not enough savory basil so the proportions were way off but not a bad idea. Just needs a little tweaking. All in all for this particular area this restaurant is decent, but for the price I personally would make something myself. Probably best for a burger and beer.
