And, their fresh shellfish and frozen shrimp is also great. Then late last summer, something happened (new owner? new Manager? new staff?) First problem: I called in advance to place an order as usual, and then when I called the day of, I was told they didn't have the fish I ordered. Hm. Second: I ordered the typical salmon that I get, then when I got there, they didn't have it, but they substituted it with a different salmon. The real crisis was Christmas eve. I called Sunday before Christmas to place an order for fresh fish, fresh shellfish, and 2 lbs of frozen shrimp. The order was confirmed on Monday. When we got there Christmas eve afternoon, we were told that they couldn't find our order, and "someone gave it away". So here we are ready to make bouillabaisse for dinner, with only a bag of fresh clams. And, there were also two other customers in the lobby, fairly furious that their orders were completely wrong, and were they empty handed. Here's hoping that things will improve!
