They changed the oil in my mom's car pretty quickly overall when I took it here the other day. The…read morewait was less than an hour. I received very professional service from Nelson, nice guy who honored the oil change coupon emailed to us just as advertised. I mentioned the tires were low on air and they took care of that too. Waiting are is nice with coffee, cold bottles of water, snacks, and a small cafe for things like cookies. Places to sit and watch tv, or bring in your computer to get work done while waiting. Main complaint are the annoying sales reps here who pester you with pitches for refinancing, replacing your car with a new model, and the windshield replacement glass scam they hit you with as soon as you pull up. Yo, I'm from New York and wasn't born yesterday. All I want is an oil change not a new car!

Horrible experience today brining my car in for a simple oil change and replacing a brake light…read morebulb. First problem was somehow the Service shop broke my brake light cover. More serious issue was my check engine light came on and car was making noises from engine compartment. since my oil was just changed I checked the oil level just to discover there was no oil. Had to call a neighbor to take me to the auto parts and I end up putting in 3.5 quarts of oil. Call the dealer and their response was we will have someone call me back tomorrow. No assurances made to bring The car back again for an engine check, no offer to refund or five Me the oil change for free due the 2 mistakes made. Nothing done to make me feel secure that they would own all the mistakes made.

VERY HAPPY PURCHASE, I'll be back

This business sold my 68 year old mother an older Toyota and charged her $10,500 for a car she…read morecould have bought for $7000. (Kelly blue book) I moved in with my mother about 3 months after she purchased the car. We noticed that the car was leaking when it rained, the seat belt did not work on the back right side. I asked my mom to call the dealer but she is elderly and procrastinates, so she never followed through. Unfortunately, I did not get involved until a year later. I called the dealership and explained the situation. I masked mom to take some form of responsibility, that I felt he overcharged my mom and that he sold her a car that was not functional. He called me "unreasonable" and offered no help, claiming that we waited too long. His tone was condescending and he was anything but empathetic. So, here I am, letting you know that this place will take you for a ride if you let them. They clearly took advantage of an elderly woman, which is criminal, in my book, and they most certainly lack professional communication skills. I do not recommend.
