He slow walked the repair and the fact that he tried to repair an un repairable water heater was the problem. Knowing his negative reviews on here, he will be belligerent and claim innocence. He informed me that $200 of the work was for parts and I believed he was putting conduit around the cable prior to placing it underground. Upon inspection of the cable, I noticed that it was placed rather shallowly. I contacted Juan and said I had a concern given if I dig in the area or aerate in the area, I will severe the cable. He responded that "Hey sorry I just got back too you I'm on another job but yea I wouldn't dig around where we put the wire ". I told him that code requires it to be at least 6 inches. He has not responded either by phone, text or yelp. As you can tell from the photos, the wire is not even in a straight line so I would have to avoid a significant area in digging considering how zig-zaggy it is. In addition, the conduit that sticks out of the ground is not flush and sticks out. It is evident he does not value doing things well. 2. He was messy. He left sealant spray on a workout mat. I get it is a mistake but at least own up to it or try to clean it up. I have asked him to return to correct the cabling but he is completely unresponsive. As I found this business via Yelp, I am seeking a partial refund via Yelp Guaranteed as I will now be fixing the issue and burying the cables deeper with conduit.
