Our bath handle broke off and water was going all over the place. I tried to shut off our house water and it wasn't working. Of course this happened after hours at 6:00 p.m. I called 4 popular plumbers in the Santa Clarita area. I left messages with 3 answering services who promised a prompt call back. Got one call back of the 3 but by that time 24/7 plumbing had answered the phone and was on their way to fix the problem. The crew was professional and answered all questions. They fixed the issue, replacing the handle and cartridge with one that wouldn't cause problems in the future. I called them again recently and they diagnosed a problem that wasn't related to plumbing so their services weren't needed. They could have done all sorts of work and I wouldn't have been the wiser.
