I also tried Petra's yo-barre class on Thursdays and loved that as well. She does 30 minutes of barre followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching. I don't stretch enough so I really like her take of the yoga/barre combo. Katie's Monday night barre class is also amazing because she REALLY focuses on core.
