    AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

    This is my 2nd time using this company and they're my go-to for my next move…read more - Reliable, punctual and communicative. - Affordable pricing with no hidden costs, very upfront (they don't charge extra for the truck, it's included in the price) - 3 hours minimum and 2 guys managed to move my items from 1 bed apt to storage within the timeframe (8am-11am). No extra time which was great. - Handled my items with care and provided extra wrapping/coverage for my delicate items and furniture. - I told them how I wanted items placed in my storage and they made sure to keep certain items accessible within my storage unit. Highly recommend these guys, excellent work.

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. This is how moving should be done. I'll be using them again this summer.

    The owner's attempt at rebuking my complaint only makes him appear even less trustworthy and petty…read more Clearly his business had gone down hill which is supported by the other recent negative reviews. He committed to 3 movers for 3 hours and then only brought 2 movers no advanced warning or any insight into my actual needs. He then offered a 12% discount per hour for 2 movers instead of 3 which would have cost me at least an $100 more overall. I was willing to pay a 15% less than the agreed rate for a 33% reduction in manpower but he stubbornly refused this compromise. I gladly sent him on his way since he has no business acumen and is lacking ethics. I found other movers within an hour who were great and I gladly tipped them 25% and fed them lunch. Please do not add further stress and/ or cost to your moving day and look elsewhere!!

I didn't come back because I was thrilled with the first move. You aren't sorry because if you truly were, you would do the right thing, Laron! You should submit a claim with your insurance or help towards replacing my machine...that is not an unreasonable request; but instead you make matters worse by acussing me of making racial comments, and then adding lies. This is not good business practice...these are not qualities of a business person with integrity. Also, you showed up 40 minutes late to the storage facility (the day of the appointment on the 19th of November). You didn't call to say you were behind, I had to call you. Regarding your comment about you showing up two years later, you act like you are doing me a favor....let me remind you that I am a paying customer. I will also remind you of the fact that my last convo with you was less than 27 seconds long, this was when I called to tell you I had to call a repair person, who came to install the part and it could not be fixed. So yet again, you come on here and instead of responding truthfully you tell more lies about how many insults I said to you. I called you out on your character, (because you didn't keep your word and order the part and install it) and I told you about your shady business practices when you refused to assist me by filing an insurance claim to help with the reimbursement of being inconvenience and having to purchase a new washer....again this call was on speaker in front of three witnesses. I have no reason to tell lies, I just want to make the public aware of my unfortunate encounter with you, so they don't end up in my situation. I have three witnesses to say, that the racial comment was not said, in the 27 second phone call that was on speaker...the repair person Alec, my mother, and father. Just so you know, when the dryer fell, my parents were with me waiting for them to unload the last few items into the storage unit and no one slipped as you claim. You were not even there. I was angry but I did not make a scene, I made sure your crew was okay and I reported it to you as a respectable consumer. We couldn't check the dryer to make sure it still worked because my things were being put in storage. You and I both agreed to contact you back when I was ready to move. I knew I was building a new home but I was not aware there would be delays and waitlists resulting in two years later. When I did call you to schedule the move out of storage, you were not easy to reach. It took three attempts because you were not returning my calls or messages. Again, I made the comment about small businesses in my yelp post, because of my experience with your small business with lack of resources, submitting a claim to insurance, and lack of a customer service mindset.... also your unprofessional crew who kept arguing and bickering the whole time...to be honest two of the men where too old to be working in this industry (they appeared to be seniors)...no disrespect...just an honest observation.

    Highly recommend this business! I reached out a couple of weeks ago with a laundry list of repairs…read morethat needed to be done. Robert was quick to respond and give me dates when he could stop by to look at the scope of work, give an estimate, then return to do the work if the estimate was acceptable. He's pretty booked up which he told us about in advance but it wasn't a problem to wait a few weeks considering the issues were old themselves. Robert came to do the estimate as promised, sent it, I approved and he came to do the work this week. We are SO impressed with the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. Everything looks perfect and more importantly we now won't have leaking or damage when the rains come. He matched the paint perfectly and did really beautiful repair work on our front door. As he was doing the front door repair he noticed that the weather stripping seals were bad, so he let me know and replaced those too. He also replaced a latch on a slider that's been broken for a while, repaired a garage side door with terrible weather stripping, installed a couple of new electric lights that have not worked for a year and took care of a long to do list that we are not skilled enough to do ourselves. Everything was great about his work, communication, scheduling and timing. His prices are reasonable for what he had to do. We're really pleased with the end result and the whole process.
