I don't normally leave any review(s) unless the business is providing a super extraordinary service and in this case, Letsgo2 has earned it! My review is long overdue as I've been using their service to and from LAX for my elderly Mom for more than 5 years at least. Noah and all his drivers not only are always on-time or earlier than the scheduled pick-up but also goes above and beyond and my Mom is very pleased with this sedan service ! Communication is seamless and there have been several occasions when I needed to change the pick up time and/or place the wrong address, but they have been able to accommodate this new change or my mistake (without getting upset)!! We are very fortunate to have come across this service and moved on from another shuttle company as again they are prompt, reliable and personable and easy to talk to! It's the day of my trip, they have my $230.00 for round trip service to the airport and the voice mail box is full. I was supposed to get a phone call or email last night regarding my ride to the airport and I have not. Their online chat does not work either. I am pretty sure I am screwed out of my money and my ride. **UPDATE** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's worse than I thought. They literally called my screaming at me that they sent me an email, and they did not. They sent me a email after they yelled at me and said that they refunded my money and they did not (it's not pending in my bank account). They never once confirmed my ride, they only yelled at me for the yelp review and cancelled my ride. I am still texting with this person who has threatened to sue me for "misrepresentation" (that's not possible). He is now accusing me of trying to ruin his business and told me "God has a way of treating people who do things like you are." WTF? I just wanted a ride to the airport. I spent quite some time booking a round trip to and from LAX including paying via credit card in advance for the service. I must have done something wrong. I never got confirmation that I was booked. I actually didn't know what to think. The next day I checked with the website and was informed there was no record of my transaction. I tried again and must have done everything correctly because I got a message giving me a confirmation. It would have been nice if there had been some indication something had gone wrong so I could have corrected it and saved myself the anxiety. I'm hoping the trip to and from LAX goes well.I've used them before and all went well. read more

I called this Company to get a ride to the Airport. I spoke to a guy by the name of Christian. Who claims to be the owner. I gave Christian my deets in regards to my Flight. He came to pick me up. On the way to the Airport he started to make inappropriate passes at me. I asked him to pull over I took another Cab to the Airport. Christian is extremely unprofessional, wierd individual. I called the listed phone number I believe I was talking to a person , made a reservation and paid by cc , I had to cancel due to illness, when I tried the same number it disconnected as if I was blocked , tried several times same thing , tried by email no return , 3 days late called again got this Coumpter voice mail that doesn't understand you it kept replying name , reservation number , after five tries it cancelled my reservation. waiting to see if the credit my card ! Used LetsGo2 today for a ride from LAX airport to Thousand Oaks. It's a great deal and service, the cost was $20 less than getting an Uber would've been, also cheaper than other shuttles I looked into, and you get peace of mind having a reservation, a car to yourself, and being picked up curbside. Very easy to book online, received email confirmation of driver and car the day before flight, Noah sent a text when I landed to contact him when I'm ready and he was there ready to go and provided spacious van and professional service. No problems at all, fast efficient and economical option for a ride from the airport. They were recommended to me by other family members who had a positive experience as well. I don't normally like to take time to write reviews however my experience with LetsGo2 was excellent so I want to share it with everyone. I booked a round trip with LetsGo2 from Newbury Park to LAX. My family used to use Roadrunner for the LAX shuttle service, but it no longer provide such service. So I called around and decided to give LetsGo2 a chance. The booking was very easy through the website. The price was very reasonable. I got a text about the driver's information 24 hours before my ride. My driver arrived 30 minutes before my booked time. I was ready to go. The driver dropped me off directly at my flight terminal. The car was very clean and the driver was very polite and helpful. My return ride home was equally pleasant. We recently used them to go to LAX and back from Oxnard. The confirmation was not received in a timely manner since I always had to call them to ask for it. Otherwise, the drivers were prompt, cordial, and efficient. The price was very reasonable compared to other shuttle rides. It was so nice to have no other stops along the way. I really was not impressed with this service. The good: drivers were on time and courteous and were good at communicating with me via text. The bad: the cars are crap. The drivers have to use their personal cars and they are junk. The first one didn't have any A/C and the second was missing parts inside and broke down on the way home. I had to wait an hour on the side of the fwy for the driver's son to come and take me home. The company is also terrible at communicating any information to you other than the initial email confirmation. They don't send the driver information to you and when I messaged them through their app (which is completely useless) they ignored my request. I would expect better cars and customer service for the price I paid. I do not recommend this company. read more

This review is for the extremely poor customer service. The first driver to LAX was okay and the second driver home was great. However, customer service is rude and combative. I scheduled my pick up from Ventura with over 3 hours to spare to LAX. Even with a 2.5 hour delay in traffic, I would have been on time for my flight. Driver was 45 minutes late and so I missed my boarding time by literally 3 minutes. I had to pay over $350 to catch another flight that same evening and so I asked LetsGo2 for a refund. While they complied and claim that they will refund me, they also gave major attitude and refused to take any part in failure of proper driver communication or being so late. They said they "have no control of the road," and while that is true, they DO have control over how they communicate and update on ETA, etc. They also sent me back a screenshot of my texts with the driver and tried to misconstrue the context and throw the blame back on me that I had the choice to cancel. When the driver was 2 miles away and already 40 minutes late, what was the point of cancelling and calling an Uber/Lyft that would also be 2 miles away? Customer service needs to own up to any mistakes, stop taking business so personally, and focus on controlling their attitude with customers. read more
