Will never go here again. If you want to take 2 hours to get a haircut, this is your place. I couldn't believe all the shit that was going on while I was trying to get a haircut. The mom, who owns the place was totally distracting the guy who was cutting my hair. She was asking him how to use an exercise band, and he was (wrongly) giving her advice for 10 minutes. Great shop, I have had my haircut by every member of their team. Competitive prices, you will get a good hair cut at an even better price. The wait time can be long sometimes, but if I go right when they open then I normally get seated right away. Ive wait over an hour at times for a hair cut, but they take their time when your getting a cut and this is good, I wouldn't want them to be rushed on me or anyone else. I received my cut from the older man in the back chair, and was not happy with his work. He took too much off the sides when I specifically told him not too. He didn't clean up the sides well and I have a bunch of hairs sticking out. I don't think this man could see very well. If you need a good haircut don't get it done by this man. I have been getting my hair cut at this shop for over 10 years. Several years ago additional barbers were added, and it appears that they brought along their clientele. Sounds good, right? Well now it gets crowded, and the barbers are not in a hurry, at all. Hey, its Leucadia. If you have a lot of time to waste waiting around (no reservations), and you like to have a barber spend 40 minutes cutting your hair slowly while shooting the breeze with their coworkers, then this is your place. I like a buzz cut so the experience is quite absurd. Another point is the lack of hygiene by some of the barbers. They come in from lunch, a smoke, skateboarding, or whatever and they do not wash their hands before picking up their tools. Enough said. read more

These guys took me in at the end of the day though I did not know I was their last customer. The three barbers talked amongst themselves as one of them cut my hair. I remember them talking openly about drugs which seemed inappropriate and made me feel like I was in a jail yard with neck tattoos. When it was time to pay I was expecting $25 based on other yelp reviews but they told me $40. I was actually appalled as it seemed like they were totally screwing me. I didn't like the haircut and when they saw my reaction to their charge they said I could leave. But when I took a step, one of the barbers put his hand in my chest to stop me. At this point I looked around and saw all three of them surrounding me and I had a choice to either fight all three of them or use their ATM to give them the money. Apparently that is how this dirty establishment is run. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

If you walk in and the only person working there is a guy that looks like he belongs in a Bee Gees cover band, turn around and walk away. I should've followed my instincts when I walked in. I was expecting to find a female barber based on a previous reviews, but apparently she only works Mondays. I asked for a standard business cut, he gives me a taper. He also took off too much with the arch above one of the ears, making it obviously uneven. At least he left a little on top to work with. I could tell he just wanted to get the haircut over with so he could go back to watching Dr Oz. He mentioned he was recently transferred from their other shop on El Camino Real, I can see why. read more

The person who answered the phone said he was the owner and that the his shop has nothing to do with this shop. Having gone to both locations for many years I know this is wrong and questioned him.
