I've come to Disney Sprints many times and had no idea they recently opened a Level 99. I came here for my friends birthday. I went on a Saturday so it was quite busy. We booked the 2.5 hours slot which really gave us a lot of time to explore the rooms. I liked that the keypads per room gave you a time remaining as you're waiting so you know when it's your turn to enter. The rooms were fun and challenging! I would say one thing I didn't like was that there really wasn't much information about the room and the challenge. The keypad only gave a few details and many times I felt like it wasn't enough. Like I was going into it blind. So sometimes by the time I catch on to what we have to do, the time is up. So we would get in line again which took time from trying other rooms. There were rooms both downstairs and upstairs. We definitely didn't get a chance to do them all, which is fine. It gives me a reason to come back. I also liked that they gave you a 30 min pause. So if we wanted to stop for drinks or food we can pause it and not waste any of our play time. Overall, fun fun place and I'll definitely come back again. read more

Level 99 located in Disney Springs, brings a much needed boost in activity. Their staff (Nicole) and team members are super friendly and accommodating. This is a great place to congregate with friends and family to enjoy a well deserved and engaging experience. It is well priced with over 50 game options (physical, skills, puzzles and mental games 1-4 minutes long), and 2-6 people per room. Stretching is highly recommended and reservations do cap due to capacity. There are some wait times so be mindful of that once your games start your time is running you only get up to a 30 minute pause which can be used in at once for snack break to refuel or in increments and you must remember to start and stop the timer. They have a lengthy bar when you walk in a few small bars upstairs, a dining room and complementary lockers to store your accessories. Overall really enjoyed this place. read more

This is a very fun experience! We went on a Saturday night as 3 adults. Unfortunately, since we did not plan far ahead, only the 1.5 hour time slots were available. That said, I do not feel we would have done it all or been able to redo rooms we failed at with the extra hour, with the 2.5 hour option anyway. So expect to make multiple trips, as the rooms often had a line of 1 to 2 groups ahead of us. Each room is some sort of mental or physical challenge with little hints given on the screen at the front. The art throughout was extraordinary. I enjoyed taking photos and admiring it. As for the food, it felt skipable for us for next time or would try something else. We ordered 2 different pizzas, one with burrata and one with pepperoni. Both felt like they needed more cheese. For the poke we got to share, the general portion they give is good, but not for the price. There were a few cubes of poke, and the rest was avocado and seaweed salad. I looked back on the menu online, and it says it's supposed to have pineapple, but there was none. Had a blast here!! I give it 4.5 stars. We bought 2.5 hours and the flew by. Each game is 2-4 minutes, but if you fail the room, the time ends, so it doesn't feel like you wait long to get in any of the rooms. There's so many rooms, that even with 2.5 hours, you don't get to do it all. The reason i give it 4.5 rating is that i wish there was an app to pause the time, you're allowed 30 minutes of paused time, but you have to scan your bracelet at one of the rooms to pause. With the app, you could pause the time while you're waiting for the next room. You buy 2.5 hours, but you only play about 1.5 of those hours. Overall, such a great experience! Located at Disney Springs, Level 99 tool over the space of the previous Disney Quest and NBA Experience. It's an interactive two floor experience of a series of games that test your physical and mental skills. There's also a full bar and food. You pay for the amount of time you want to spend there - either one hour or 2.5 hours. You can also pause your time to take a break and enjoy some food and drinks. My husband and I made a reservation for 11 am, right when they open, and went for the 2.5 hour time slot. This ended up being perfect for us because we were able to experience a lot more. When we first got there it wasn't as busy so we got through a lot of rooms, but as it got busier we had to wait. How it works? You get a wristband to wear that has a chip on it that you use to "tap in" to each room and it records your stats. You find a room - they vary in size and theme - and everyone in your party taps their wristband. The screen will let you know if you can go right in, or, if another group is inside it will give you a wait time. The most we ever waited for a room was about 10 minutes because there were a couple of groups in front of us, but for the majority of the rooms we either walked right on in or waited a couple of minutes. Games varies from trivia to physical challenges and puzzles. It's definitely geared towards adults and older kids. It is also great for groups. If I could rate this a 6/5 I would! This experience was 100% worth the money especially with how hot it is outside in FL at the moment. We went at 10:30AM for 1.5hrs and only did 2% of the rooms. You use a wristband to enter the rooms and once a party goes inside there is a countdown on the screen outside. The staff is super friendly and the food was good as well. So it's a step down from activate on point Orlando but a great family activity there's like 40 games I did about 19 games in the hour that I was there. They do come in hour and a half in 2.5 hour increments. They have a bar in the center of the event Center so I feel that the kids can just go off and play while you take a break and get a little snack and a little drink. The drinks were nice. Well priced for Disney, you can also pause your game for about 30 minutes to enjoy getting something to eat or something refreshing. Refreshing. They also have lockers for your belongings, especially if you've had a long day at Disney springs in general. All in all, definitely recommend this event for family day. Had a blast with my family checking out the new Level 99 at Disney Springs the other night. We came on a weekday with a 5pm reservation and although it seemed a little busy, our wait times for a lot of the rooms we did were no more than 2-3 minutes. I loved how they had free water stations and water cups available on both levels. They even had lockers for use. There were also a lot of staff walking around ready to help and answer questions which I'm sure a lot people appreciated. They do have food and drink available for purchase and a decent size bar in the middle of the room. I tried to sit at a couple tables while I sat out on a few rooms but none seemed to be cleaned off as people left them. Hopefully that won't become an issue as the place becomes even busier. We were a party of 4 and reserved the 2.5 hr time slot. This was a perfect amount of time and definitely worth the 39.99 we paid. I remember when this facility used to be Disney Quest. which had multiple floors this new facility only has two floors, but it's very wide. The concept is really cool, but it's also very digital so I would recommend when you purchased your ticket. Have one person purchased for everyone instead of individually as a group. This place is best for a group of two or more. There isn't much of a way of single player for this facility l. Most of the games are set up for two players . The way layout is set up is like a bunch of decorative boxes and inside those boxes are the games. The only downside is that you have to read what the game is about then you go inside the box and you play the game. Once you go inside the box to play the game you may be automatically eliminated quickly. Once you figured out how to play the game your time is up. You're forced to go back out and lineup again to try to play the game. sometimes the line is long and sometimes the lines are short. Depending on when you go they will let you walk in and then you could go to a kiosk and purchase your ticket. you can pick time increments of 1 1/2 hours or 2 1/2 hours and if you're already inside and want to extend your time, you can go up to the guest services and add more time to your play. You get a wristband that looks like you just went to the hospital and that's where you register your name, signed the waiver and then scan the wristband to your name and then your time start which kind of sucks because my brother purchased a separate ticket for me at the last minute, so he registered one and then we had to set up to register the other three so that took time from his playing five minutes honestly, the time should start when you tap into the first game. Nope, time start at the kiosk then you line up for a game. They have lockers that are free that's is nice. This is only two floors. We didn't even get to try everything. These game are definitely teamwork related. Some had an escape room feel, while others you ran around trying not to get ding. I really enjoyed it. We went in a Sunday afternoon. Prices varies depending on when go and the time spent. The food was meh. The drinks were fun. I do like that they give out free water. The rest room is only on the 2nd floor. There isn't much in the ways of people with disabilities. Would I go again yes. I would play hooky from work to go back. It's in doors, I am out of the heat & rain. Level 99 is an absolute blast of a time. Definitely a place you can keep coming back to have fun with your party playing the 60+ games. From a food and beverage perspective they have some pretty decent options. My wife and I shared a slab of Detroit pizza (fig and prosciutto) which was good and the ahi tuna poke which was also good. I recommend asking for spoon and fork so you can scoop it onto your chip. We also tried the PBJ draft beer with was amazing. Don't know how they did it but they somehow got the taste exactly right! I came here on a SATURDAY night with a group of 8 that included 3 kids ages 8-10 years old. I was so excited to be here because this is right up my alley but because it's so new be prepared to be overstimulated. Its a place youll have to come back to over and over to get a full experience but its very fun. However, being with a group of 8 is tough as the max amount of people was 6 so if you want to stick together keep that in mind. Also, my 7 year old had some struggles with some of the rooms so I would keep it to ages maybe 10 and above if not older. It's just a go go go environment with really challenging rooms. I just wish I knew that ahead of time but I will be back without my kiddos. :) read more

This is strictly a review of the bar. The lights and the aesthetic of the bar are really cool and eye-catching. I ordered a hibiscus old-fashioned. I was shocked and disappointed that it's a premade, pre-batched cocktail. They should be more forthcoming on the menu or the bartenders Should let you know prior to ordering that it's pre-mixed. Made an error on my sister's birthday and accidentally bought three tickets instead of four. The staff couldn't be bothered and unfortunately, it starts at the top with the manager Chaz. He was sarcastic, passive aggressive, and did not care nor want to help us. "Well happy birthday, but i cant let you in" . A nasty attitude, to be disney it was surprising. I didn't need him to move mountains. I needed him to understand the situation and at least show compassion when denying me a ticket. read more

Get there when they open bc it gets busier by the minute! We bought premium tickets for our group of six, three boys, girl and mom and dad. We hoped the premium tickets would cut down on waiting as my daughter is autistic. It only helped if there was an outside line but there was not one. There were really no accommodations for my autustic daughter and staff seemed really untrained on what accomdations they offered and ADA law. Brandon the manager was kind and gave us a refund for my husband, daughter and I as without accomadation it wasn't feasible with my daughter. It would be nice to come back and have staff be trained or offer some sort of support for disabled guests as it looked like something she could enjoy if it was more organized and accommodated disabled guests. I'm giving three for potential and the kindness Brandon showed when it didn't work for us. read more
