The best thing I did was to continue with Pilates up to the day before my surgery. It was the perfect prehab and I was walking without any assist devices after less than five weeks. I also want to mention that I booked the class through Class Pass. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Emmie who was also my instructor. She was very sweet and so welcoming. She gave me a brief summary of what to expect and answered any questions I had. My first impression of the studio was that it was very clean and cute. The class itself was great. Emmie is an awesome instructor and very motivating which makes all the difference. There is a parking lot but it can get full as the studio is located in a plaza with other businesses. Overall, I had a great experience here and can see myself coming back.

I have attended the prenatal, yin, and power 2 classes. I liked them all but the prenatal was the most special. Low attendance, with check in time, lots of attention, and tips for labor and pain relief. The power 2 class is a fast paced vinyasa and is usually very full. They have a new student special and usually some kind of special on class packs too. Namaste y'all
