L This hookah lounge has a distinctly Russian lounge vibe to it, which adds to its charm. Each table is equipped with its own heater, making it a cozy spot for a chill evening. There are different seating areas depending on your mood--some tables are set up for full meals, while others are more casual, perfect for relaxing with friends, enjoying a hookah, and ordering light snacks. We tried a few items from the menu, including the mini beef burgers, which were decent, and the French fries. The standout dish for us, though, was the Adjarian khachapuri with an egg--it was absolutely delicious! The hookah was good as well, and the service was quick and attentive. The staff checked in regularly to make sure everything was fine and even offered to adjust the hookah if needed. They also have alcoholic beverages available, adding to the overall experience. It's a great spot for an authentic and enjoyable evening. We were listening to OST-4 while hanging out, which added to the vibe. While the experience was great overall, I wouldn't give it a full five stars--it's close but not quite there. Still, it's a solid place for good food, good hookah, and good vibes.

Super cute and chill hooka lounge. My friends and I had alot of fun. Customer service was decent and the food was very good. I am giving 4 stars because of two things: 1. Music would be alot better 2 . The bathroom location was not ideal( it's inside where a group of ppl seemed to be having some type of meeting) it was very awkward to go in there.

Recently visited this lounge serving food and hookah. We ordered pizza, wings, wagyu sliders, and beef kabob plate. The pizza and wings were standard and the wagyu sliders were juicy. However, the beef kabob plate was not good. On the menu, it said plate came with rice, but I got fries. My plate had with a few pieces of beef that were extremely dry and hard to chew. Paired with a roasted tomato and salsa, it was sad and lacking flavor. It appears that they are more known for hookah and drinks, which was better. For cocktails, the spice it up and blueberry violet were good. We also enjoyed the iced bucket hookah (pineapple), as it was light and smooth. The atmosphere and lounge area was nice. Service was disappointing, as it is slow despite there being many workers. We had to flag someone down every time we needed something. Overall, the food and service were mid, but they have great drinks and hookah!

LOVED the vibe here!! Came here on a Sunday afternoon and there were only a couple tables. Until 6 pm, it's 20% off, which is awesome! We got hookah and black tea! The hookah was great quality! The smoke was amazing. The tea hit the spot. After 6 pm they turned on the neon lights and made it a cool vibe. They also started valet. If you're looking for somewhere chill, come before 6 pm. If you're looking for the hip vibe, go after 6 pm. Will definitely be back

Great spot. I love the vibe, music and service. Our waitress Zaina was great with recommendations and was soo patient with us! We came here for dinner and hookah. We ordered the pesto mozzarella salad and the Greek salad to start. Both were delicious! I usually don't like pesto but I was very impressed with it. Our table shared the kibbeh balls, pepperoni pizza, fries and baba ghanoush. We were pleased with everything. For hookah.... Get it on ice! It is 5 bucks more but it's worth it. Hit smooth and chill. The best hookah spot in LA area for sure. Starting from the valet, Narek that took care of us very professionally and when we stepped forward to the restaurant Aram (the manager) welcomed us to the table and made sure we are comfortable. The service is 10/10 when Margarita and Anya were around... they made sure me and my fiancée were doing good and came around couple times and gave us an amazing service. The spot it's self was an entertaining with these pink neon lights and over all the music and everything was great for the place and definitely coming back for sure!!!! read more

Came in, greeted by security and brought to our table . We had a nice girl as our waitress we ordered hookah and drinks. I ordered the raspberry harvest but it was soo syrupy and she kindly made a new drink with basil vodka and strawberry that was much better . This is the most beautiful hookah lounge in City of Glendale. This place is very cozy, the lighting and music changes your mood. You gotta try double apple hookah and their Club sandwich. Valet parking: Really hard to get in unless you drive a high class car . The parking is very small(0/10) Waiter : It took our waiter a very long time to come serve our table. When we needed her she wasn't anywhere to be found. It was hard to order and get refills on hookah.(2/10) Environment: Love the environment, but the music was TRASH! The flat screen TVs is cool , but it's 2021 you should have a smart TVs by now. Playing music off YouTube is trash. Come on now! I understand that most of the customers are Armenian, but you had other races in their as well. Sticking strictly to Armenian music is pretty WERID, makes us other races feel unwanted. (7/10) Food : (Seafood pasta) Have you heard looks can be deceiving ? Well, that's what this is ! When the food was brought out the food looked delicious. One bite of the shrimp and I could taste the deep blue sea. Plus, how is it "seafood" pasta and all it had was shrimp? Adding more seafood would be best. Visited Level Hookah Lounge two weeks ago on a Sunday with a group of 8. Despite getting a table up front, only 2 people at the head could order hookah, and after numerous attempts, we were limited to small hookahs on the table. Service was disappointingly slow, and we received items we didn't order and never received the items we actually ordered. The hookah quality suffered due to the type of head and charcoal used. the new menu here is terrible, I was not able to find anything to eat except for the sliders and the french fries. The sliders were dry and disgusting and the french fries now are much bigger and they give you much less. The hookah was burning from the beginning. I don't know who's idea it was to change the menu but I won't be coming back anymore. All the good food is gone. read more

This place has so much potential but unfortunately i would never recommend anyone to spend a Saturday night in this place. Service is ZERO. The music is extremely loud that you cant even hear the person next to you talking. The hookah is good but that's about it. Even when customers complaint the owner doesn't seem to care in any way. The vibe is good and the food is good also. But it's sad to charge 10 cents for side of sauce. Like really your that desperate for money. Who cares about the 10 cents but really? Also the hookah says 40 and 5 for ice bucket. I never asked for ice bucket. All I asked was glass hookah. Once again it's not the money who cares about that it's the principal that matters . We wanted a chill spot to smoke hookah and grab a couple of drinks after a friend's birthday dinner at Raffi's place. We were welcomed by complimentary valet (yes we tipped well when leaving) and had to wait just a few minutes to get seated. As a young group of Armenians and Persians we quickly felt in place. The ambiance was chic and done in good taste. There was a house music set playing in the background but it was at a good volume so we were still able to relax and have conversations. I don't smoke hookah, but my friends had no complaints. Tried the Ararat Old Fashioned Citizen.. I'm not a fan of sweeter old fashioned a but this one was a pleasant. I ran into one of the gentlemen that run the place and struck up a brief conversation. He welcomed us with a complimentary Armenian Beauty cocktail. To my surprise it was a delightful cocktail. Definitely, felt welcomed and appreciate the effort that appears to be put into this place. I'll certainly be back again. read more

We have been coming here about 3 times and only I can say they have amazing service, with grate and, friendly atmosphere and waitresses Stela and the bartender Ando being one of them !!! The food is beyond amazing very fresh and homestyle !! What made me comfortable to be there is they have security at all times !! They also have free valley !! Every time we go there there is a gentleman that comes around each table and asks if everything is ok, came to find out it's the owner Edo. As for the hookah is amazing and they are very attentive to it !! read more

My favorite hookah place! I absolutely love this place! We come here quite often after discovering it. The hookah is next level, it's completely different from other places, it doesn't leave the bitter aftertaste and is very easy to smoke. They also have hookah on ice, which I have never seen before! Special thanks to the guy, who always recommends and makes us the best hookah combinations, and the staff in general, you guys are great! The food is really tasty. I had the baby back ribs and they were so tender, it melted in my mouth. We also tried the pasta and the soup, which both were great. The portions are very generous. I'm very happy I found this spot, it's a perfect place to unwind. read more

$20 for a basic gin and tonic: ridiculous. It wasn't even fancy gin or anything. Service was slow to the point where it felt like wait staff would actively ignore you. Hookah was packed way too tight to be enjoyable. Staff was nice though. read more

Me and my best friend had the opportunity to go to this spot when we were visiting from Houston. It was a great experience. The service was great. We love hookah, and we were not disappointed. The food was good. We ordered the ribeye skewers, Parmesan wings, and the Wagyu sliders. Everything was good, but the wings could have been fried harder. We ordered the blueberry drink with Malibu. It was good, but it could've been stronger. The music was good too. It was a variety. read more

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for the past year and since there's been new management the last few months... we won't be coming back ever again. We miss Aram and the rest of the staff they were so friendly and nice. Now the servers just seem like they don't care to work. I miss Hindh she was my favorite server. However after finding out, a regular hookah is $35, $40 for a premium Russian brand (I recommend this) and $65 for a grapefruit or pineapple head.... I visited this place with my girlfriend and a friend. We ordered hookah, pizza, and beer, and I expected the total to be around $100-120. While we were there, I played pool with my friends. However, I later realized that I was charged multiple times for pool table rounds, and the final bill came out to $185. Unfortunately, no one clearly explained the pricing structure for the pool games in advance. After paying the bill, I continued playing pool with my girlfriend. Shortly after, a staff member approached me and told me to stop playing and leave. I was surprised and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I also got the grape leaves, which I loved and the Knafeh for dessert, which I also really enjoyed. I loved everything so much that, for dinner, I got a kabob plate! Would definitely go back.

I don't know why I would waste time being disappointed by other lounges, even if I have to drive 20 minutes to get to circle I know I will for sure be happy with my hookah. Max is always prompt and makes sure you like what you are about to smoke for the time that you are going to be there. Could not recommend this lounge more, for its thoughtful design and vibe to the service and varieties of hookah flavors. Be there or be square, because you will not be in CIRCLE

We ordered tangiers and the bowl lasted us about an hour and a half (which was great!). We decided to come back to this place a couple days later and they had hired a new a employee. He seemed nice at first, but as we became regulars, he stopped prioritizing us. To top it off, Jimmy started having some creepy friend of his come every night. They evidently have a staring problem which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable, along with other customers. Since we had gotten closer, the owner would ask us for suggestions/recommendations a lot. We told them many times about their charcoals being terrible. They turn black and went out within 15-20 minutes. Their tangiers flavors tasted nothing like what they should -- come to find out they've had the same flavors in the back for 8+ months. The suggestions went in one ear and out the other. Like I mentioned, we were regulars and grew a relationship with Jimmy and others. They started having weekly "parties," and couldn't figure out how to move the couches to accommodate everyone. My boyfriend and I would stay late and help them with setting things up. The last party they had (this last Friday) is what made us stop coming here. We brought our own hookah, flavors, and charcoal (per the owner's request since they ran out of hookahs the couple parties before). We packed our own bowls the entire night because they were too busy to do it. They also allowed people to bring their own alcohol and offered other customers beer/wine throughout the night. People got so sh*tfaced that fights broke out. At the end of the night, they had the audacity to charge us $84 (including a 20% service charge) but gave us a "discount," and charged us $64. I'm not sure what the heck they charged us for since we used our own hookah, flavor and charcoals AND provided service to ourselves. All we ordered the whole night was 2 bottles of water and 2 soda cans. Don't think that can be anything near $64 worth of items. Lol. I actually texted him (attached) to express how ridiculous the situation was. The response was beyond mediocre. We aren't the type to complain and let a lot of things go, for lack of a better term. We overlooked a lot because we went there every night. They started charging $40 for hookah, $20 for chicken and fries, $5 for a $0.99 can of Arizona, $3 for a bottle of water, etc. Ever since these bullsh*t parties started, things have gone to shit!! All these people are interested in is your MONEY. The hookah sucks, service sucks, prices are insane, and the place is disgustingly dirty. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We ordered three bottles, which came with a pitcher of juice and four hookahs. You could choose to add mint flavor to the hookah or leave it out, though it still had a slight hint of mint even without it.
