Georgi came out after setting up an appointment, set up at 43" in tv I believe price was 55 to mount and 85 to hide the wires. I agreed. Day came he forgot about hiding wires but had equipment. Drilled to walls into my wall only to tell me it wasn't possible, on top didn't fix the 2 holes in the wall advised me to get cocking. You'd think in a "professional" business they'd be prepared for anything they cause. Left and didn't fix nor erase any marks left on wall. Had to pay $40 for current contracter to fix and patch up and re paint 2 holes. Guy was nice and friendly but service was Not professional and not prepared. Now I have another tv to put up and got no responses. Update 2/10/21 owner reached out to me and reimbursed me $40 what I spend to get it fixed. Again thank you for that. Hopefully in future more preparation would do better. read more

I set an appointment time with Level up at 10am. I did not receive a "window of time" to arrive, it was 10:00am. One technician showed up at 11am and another called around that time stating that he was lost. I hired Level up to hang a few mirrors, pictures and assemble patio furniture. After showing the tech the work he stated that he would need a ladder. I was shocked that he did not arrive with a ladder knowing he would hang pictures and mirrors. He then asked could he step outside to call his coworker for help because it's a big job. He came back in the house and said his boss told him he would have to start and finish the job a separate day because he has other appointments. I called and spoke to the boss & asked how long does he have to work and he said 1 1/2 hrs. I was LIVID ! So Level up shows up to my appt 1 hour late, has no ladder, tell me they cant finish the job today and only have 1 1/2 hrs to work ? I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. George called me about 45 minutes before my appointment to let me know their last job was taking longer than they expected. I told them I appreciated the update and not to rush. When they arrived, they located the studs and told me the mount I had purchased wouldn't work with where I wanted to place the tv. I asked if there was an alternative and they said they had another mount with them. I wanted an in wall installation which they did and when finished they cleaned everything up. They were very friendly and answered a y questions I had including what height to mount my tv at. I'm very happy with the work they did and they're great people as well. Great experience! TVs are hung and fully secure!! It was the Saturday after Black Friday. I fully expected everyone and their mother was going to be buying a TV (online or in-store) and wanting it to be hung, so was surprised that there was even a time available on a weekend on such short notice. Alex gave me a window of 11am-1pm. Normally, I'm a stickler for time, but I absolutely understood the context, realizing these guys are BUSY BUSY!! Received text updates informing me that there were delays, and they'd be on their way ASAP. And hey, we're in a pandemic...it's not like we're actually out-and-about these days anyways. But the updates were nice. Service guy (name??) came by around 3:30. Masked up. Apologized for the delay. Totally respectful. We worked together...got the 70" TV hung...engaged, talked about random life stuff. Laughed. Very personable. 10 minutes later, the 43" TV was hung. In the end? The job(s) got done! Extremely happy!!
