What I asked for and what I received were completely different. After my hair was bleached, it started falling out before I even sat back down in the chair. I immediately brought it to Nichole's attention, and instead of addressing my concern, she told me to stop touching my hair. Several hours later, my scalp was still burning and itching severely. I also pointed out that my hair was yellow, even though that was not the color I wanted. In the salon, I was told it was "just the lighting," and the lights were turned off. When I got home, it was obvious my hair was still yellow. I texted Nichole to let her know, and her only response was, "That's what you wanted." There was no apology, no concern about my scalp burning or my hair falling out, and no offer to correct the situation. If you're looking for yellow hair, hair breakage, a burning scalp, and poor customer service with no accountability, this may be the salon for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

If anyone has a consistent technician that they like at this location I am all ears. Otherwise I will be moving on. The trust is completely broken. Totally careless.
