We are what they refer to as "snowbirds" and I was looking for a place/person to do my nails while I'm here in NSB. I looked at reviews and also the various groups on FB and decided I would try Nailz Spa. I called in advance and they were very pleasant on the phone and Bella (that's who I requested) was able to get me in. I'm kinda particular about how I like my nails done and when I called they assured me they could do it. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, took a seat and couldn't help but notice the salon was tastefully decorated and welcoming but the most important it seemed very clean. Bella started working on my nails early. She was very pleasant, tender not rough (if you've ever had a rough nail technician you know what I'm talking about). She was focused on my nails, the shop phone rang and Anthony answered, her personal cell phone dinged several times but she never stopped working on my nails to look at the texts coming in, which I appreciate. There was also very minimal talk in their language which I found to be a refreshing change to the shop I go to in Indiana. Most importantly she did my nails just as I like them and told me if there was anything I didn't like or something happens to a nail to come back to see her and no charge to fix. I plan on going back this week for a pedicure and hopefully I will be just as pleased as I am with my nails.

I had a wonderful experience at Nailz Spa! I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure, and everything from start to finish was fantastic. I absolutely love them! The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took their time to make sure every detail was perfect. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and I never felt rushed. It was the perfect combination of quality service and a relaxing experience. Never going back here again!!! Pedicure quality is just average, but expensive. Does a decent job with the nails, but always on FaceTime with Vietnam, kids, etc...seems like doing your nails is an inconvenience & secondary. Today's Bella cut my finger while filing...deep cut, swollen. Didn't even apologize. They also refuse to do regular polish. They will do on toes, but, put the polish over the moisturizer, I think on purpose so it chips and you'll do gel next time. I've experienced this several times with them. It's all about the money here! I'm not cheap, but the quality and attitude has to match the price I'm paying. This place is too expensive to not be satisfied. Vibe is strange. read more

Truly, a nail spa! Nailz Spa was recommended to me by another salon that could not fit me in for a special occasion. I wanted a French tip, manicure and pedicure, and the atmosphere was very relaxing, the music was very peaceful, the chair was comfortable, the place was clean, and Anthony, Dan and staff -even the other clients were very sweet and pleasant to be around. I don't get my nails done very often but I will definitely be back! read more

Bella just happened to have a cancellation today, and I am so glad she did! they are very professional and make you feel right at home the second you walk in the door. I also pointed out that my hair was yellow, even though that was not the color I wanted. In the salon, I was told it was "just the lighting," and the lights were turned off. When I got home, it was obvious my hair was still yellow. I texted Nichole to let her know, and her only response was, "That's what you wanted." There was no apology, no concern about my scalp burning or my hair falling out, and no offer to correct the situation. If you're looking for yellow hair, hair breakage, a burning scalp, and poor customer service with no accountability, this may be the salon for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I was even asked to put both hands in the UV lamp on top of each other which there was not room for and I have never been asked to do before. Instead of attempting to solve the issue he charged me full price (if there was a discount it wasn't mentioned) and hovered over me when I left a tip which made me really uncomfortable. If anyone has a consistent technician that they like at this location I am all ears. Otherwise I will be moving on. The trust is completely broken. Totally careless.

Anthony and Bella run and amazing spa!!! I drive 45minutes to them because it's so worth it! From the moment u walk in it's nothing but a relaxing atmosphere...one of my favorite things about the place is that you don't have to share your appointment with a bunch of customers coming in and out it's just you and that makes the experience that much better! They are so clean and professional and not to mention the free wine!!! They welcome you as if you are family! They are the sweetest people you'll ever meet and they do a heck of a job!! Best mail salon that I've found in NSB!! Came in for dip manicure and gel pedicure. Anthony did my manicure and it was flawless. Lots of attention to detail and my nails look so amazing & shiny. Tom did my gel pedicure and it was so relaxing. Great massage, foot scrub and excited for a pedi that can last a month or more. Very clean and comfortable. But one of the best things about Nailz is how friendly everyone was! Lots of fun chatting with Anthony & his beautiful wife Bella who works there as well. Tom did an amazing job on my acrylics - I still just have to stop and look at them every once in a while because they're so pretty! - and Maria did a super pedi for me as well as an eyebrow wax! I had tennis shoes on and 1st she blamed that. I wear tennis shoes all the time and its never been an issue. Who goes to work with flip flops or sandles so their polish wont wear off. Next she asked if I go to the beach. I don't but I saw where that was going. She was going to tell me that was the issue. I wore flip flops for 2 days after the application so it had plenty of time to set. I will NEVER go back and do not recommend this business.

I informed her that it was very unprofessional for what she did. I also let her know that she was the one who asked me to change my appointment from 1pm to 2pm. I will not be returning to this salon. No customer service skills. Very disappointing.

One lady cut my cuticle very bad, it has been weeks and I still have an open wound. They did not offer me a discount, they were abrasive, rude and aggressive about their wrongdoing. This is not a safe space, for vibes or safety.
