From the moment I began asking basic questions to understand how she arrived at a recommendation, Dr. Zanghi became visibly hostile and dismissive. Rather than showing the patience and professionalism you expect from a physician, she acted as though I was bothering her simply by trying to better understand. Her tone was defensive and her answers were short; she initially made no effort to explain anything clearly or thoughtfully. When I asked if she can explore other ways to evaluate, she became rigid. It's clear to me that Dr. Zanghi does not handle patient questions well -- she seems to take any inquiry as a personal challenge rather than an opportunity to build trust or offer guidance. She has zero bedside manner and, frankly, no business working directly with patients. A core part of being a great doctor is listening, explaining, and treating people with respect -- skills she seems to have completely skipped in her medical training. Sadly, after looking at other reviews on Google, I'm not alone in this experience. There are other accounts describing the exact same issues with her behavior. In my 40 years of interacting with healthcare providers, she was puzzling. Patients deserve better.

The front desk faculty can be curt and direct and forgo pleasantries especially when there are a lot of people in line, but they aren't mean. Cons: * Wait times are hit or miss- either 20 min to 1.5 hr! * They don't allow cell phones, so bring magazines or e-books. * They are very strict on being a clinic that does NOT administer travel vaccines. So don't mention the word "travel" in the staff's presence or they will correct you immediately. I came back again to try and get a Hepatitis A vaccine shot for an upcoming trip to India, but got turned away because it was only for "high risk adults through age 59." Doesn't going to India make me high risk? I didn't know whether it was worth the effort to argue with the front lady on what is considered "high risk." Left disappointed.. A month later I get a bill for $100 after my insurance already paid $400. Called them up and the billing department basically says yea no matter what . . . in-network, out-of-network, no insurance, doesn't matter: it's now $500 to walk into the urgent care for a visit whether they do anything for you or (in my case) nothing at all. What an absolute rip-off, number one. And number two, this needs to be transparent. Many people, such as myself, would opt to go somewhere else if we knew that they're going to bill this much just to walk into a room and a guy tells you that you have to go somewhere else.

But best of all, there was almost no wait time. An efficient clinician escorted me to an exam room. She was friendly and pleasant, recording my current symptoms along with my medical history and LONG list of medications. Dr. Dhillon was fabulous!! He also was friendly, pleasant and wanted to know my entire medical history. He took as much time as was needed to address all my questions and concerns. After the examination I felt completely confident in the doctor's diagnosis and the medications he prescribed. The prescriptions were transmitted electronically to my pharmacy. I was given a log-in to their patient portal. And best of all, they had absolutely no problem accepting my health insurance. Thank you Medicare & AARP. When she did come in -- for maybe a minute --she was incredibly dismissive and rude. She made me feel small and stupid for raising a concern, and refused to make a referral for an ultrasound for a hard mass found on my hip bone, which is standard practice when a new, solid mass is discovered. I left the appointment feeling small, dismissed, and somehow embarrassed for having sought care at all. Really bad experience. Would not recommend.

To my surprise, my copay was only $30 (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO) for the visit and I did not wait long to be seen. Plus everyone was very friendly which honestly weirded me out because 99% of my experiences at medical offices is usually people looking burnt out and underpaid.
