The appointment was at 8:15am on a Saturday and I didn't know what to expect (because I had been to other labs where the weekends are just jam packed). The lab was easy enough to find and the waiting room was somewhat on the smaller side and it was full of people. Once one walks in, check-in is available via a kiosk or there's the option to do it from your phone. I opted for the latter and took a seat. I then was called to bring in my paperwork upfront and after less than 5 minutes, I was called in and greeted by a sweet lab tech. The whole thing took overall less than 10 minutes so I was happy to be in and out! Efficient and zero time wasted. I also got my results within 2 days! Super fast. This will be my future lab for all testing needs for sure! Very happy.

Once we located it that's exactly when the craziness started. Upon entering the building, I located what floor Quest was located on. It was so scary because the building is desolate. I didn't think the elevator was working. There was construction going on but not really. I literally had to walk a long ass maze to get to Quest. There were various doors leading you to different places. When I finally made it to the "office" there were only patients and no physical staff that were visible. There are two kiosks that you have to use to check in. Once you decide if the appointment is for you or someone else there's two options, you can do a quick check-in or you can do a manual. Check-in the kiosk and describe the reason why you're there. There's no one there to help you. There were a few people there just waiting and I'm like is this standard. They had a TV that did not work. I checked in at the kiosk and the next appointment wasn't till 1:20pm. It was 9:30am. There was no way I was gonna go home and come back. I chose the walk-in standby option. They said it could take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes and there's no guarantee so I just waited. It took me about 20 minutes to be called in. I was in and out. The Trinidadian guy who drew my labs was really nice. He also weighed me and took my blood pressure. We were cutting up as if we knew each other for a long time. It was really nice. We talked about our families, ethnicities and growing up. It was a good appointment other than him stabbing me as if I did something wrong lmao. I mean he doesn't know how to stick needles and he killed my arm. I I asked him how soon when I get my results he said by Monday.

I left multiple messages and never received a single call back. This is a time-sensitive matter, as my testing coupon is about to expire. I even escalated the issue by calling the New York office number provided by LabCorp's Corporate Headquarters, yet no one picked up that line, either, and then the line automatically dropped. The complete lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for customers' time and needs. I highly recommend using other services instead of LabCorp, as they are completely unreliable. I have never left a review on Yelp, so I don't know how to give zero stars in my feedback; otherwise, I would have done that!

I'm having this reoccurring thought that my eye will someday find itself in a biology jar next to long leggy things. Then the clipboard came back out but it was handed to me and I had do some of that reading and writing stuff and that went well. So after another exchange of paper and pleasantries with the receptionist, I was off to run the long hallway gauntlet of white, with doors and people stuck to the musty new halls sides as if they were painted to it.

An agency sent me here, but as soon as I walked in, the receptionist rudely shouted at me before I even reached the desk. Without any courtesy or proper communication, she dismissed me, saying they don't accept what I was carrying and that I needed to go to another facility of theirs. she did not even care to know what my visit was for. A receptionist is supposed to provide guidance, not treat people disrespectfully. If this is how they welcome visitors, I can only imagine how they handle other matters. Completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I do not recommend this place unless they improve their customer service.
