They will treat you like family and go over and above to make sure you are completely satisfied with their services. Enida has been my stylist for years and has such amazing talent. I love the way she makes highlights look so natural. I have very fine hair. Before her, I had never been able to find someone who could cut my hair let alone style it without it looking straight and flat. She is the first one to give my hair body and that I haven't had to run home and immediately try to restyle it before going back out. I have been getting my hair colored since 13 and aware of the capabilities and limitations, but this is so subpar for $400. Hopefully, it will lighten up after a few washes/will have to go elsewhere to get it corrected. Also, I despise a salon that requires that you purchase a blow dry. $70 extra so I can see what color you turned my hair? Am I supposed to walk out with it wet? The blow dry is not a full, bouncy blowout either. It's what you'd do yourself at your house. Added negative, I referred my mother to the salon and was told by her that I'd receive a referral gift. I didn't mention at checkout because I wanted to see if it was worth coming back to. Unfortunately, I think I'm done here.
