The staff here have always been professional and very helpful. They usually recognize me as a return customer. The store is well stocked and always has been clean and well organized. But they have a ton of cool stuff with the brands you like: Imperial Motion, Neff, Nixon, etc, including skateboards and gear here. Staff are always friendly, social and very knowledgeable about the merchandise here. The store is always clean and organized, with well-stocked shelves and racks. I obviously hadn't worn them due to the security tag, and I wanted to go a size up because I have had other banana republic pants shrink up since my last purchase. When I attempted the exchange, I was told I was outside of the return window. I could understand this logic if the item was no longer stocked, but they literally had the same item and size on the rack. There wasn't even an apology for leaving the security tag on them preventing me from even wearing the pants without me driving 20 miles to correct their mistake. Just rude excuses of "checks and balances" from the incompetent manager who was also publicly rude to the cashier before she just walked away from me. Isn't an exchange a "check and balance" of your inventory? Horrible customer service

I think it could break with time. Another general complaint is that Altus only offers "large" and "extra large" waist measurements... I'm 6-foot-7 with a 34" waist, so I wish there was a "extra-tall, medium" option, considering that Altus claims to make clothes 'specifically designed for tall men over 6'3" who don't need the "big" found in traditional "big & tall" sizes'. The sales racks are super cheap with promotional deals, like buy one, get one items. It's made getting gifts easy here. Last time I visited I was able to find some tanks for me, with The Breakfast Club gang. That's primarily why I like Hot Topic. I've been able to find apparel with classic films or bands that I'm a fan of for the cheap. It's worth a gander, especially if you're into pop culture. I'm not really cool or hip, so imagine if you are. You'll find a lot more items to like here. In addition to apparel, they have accessories, Funkos, stickers, key chains and other random items.
