We wandered in on a stroll downtown not really looking for anything but pleasantly surprised with everything we found this shop seems to cater to the rugged man featuring men's wear as well as body care, hair care, beard care, and everything in between. The associate that we met was super helpful and noticed us looking at some of the hair wax and Clay and offered to give us demonstrations and walk us through each of the products which was way more than what we expected. The shop smells like leather, pine, and good whiskey what more could you ask for? I could not help but grab one of the solid colognes to bring back home. Worth stopping by to browse for the rugged man in your life who deserves a little pampering!

I had a disappointing experience shopping today around 5:00 PM. I approached a male employee in the…read moreclothing department because I had a question about shirt sizing. The employee was shorter in stature and was working the sales floor at the time. He made direct eye contact with me, but instead of acknowledging me or offering assistance, he simply turned and walked away. I hope management can review who was working in that area around 5:00 PM and address the importance of basic customer service. I was ready to make purchases in the store as a visitor to the area but left disappointed by the lack of assistance and unprofessionalism. Really I shouldn't have even bought anything at all in the store. Reminds me of an employee working at a high end luxury store who encountered someone whom they thought would not be able to afford anything in the store. RL lost some customers today and I will be telling everyone about this incident. Left a horrible taste.

She then proceeded to tell us that we would have received a discount on our next purchase but she didn't mind having us pay full price. She also proceeded to vent how the store would've only solicited us on the monthly since she felt we were not justified in our decision not to share our personal information. I would have been inclined to come to this store again for our workwear but the nasty attitude left me with no desire to return.
